Hi everyone,

My husband and I bought this wonderful cottage in January 2021 with the aim to fully renovate it and then share it with others who appreciate a location directly in the Danish West Coast nature, the amazing tranquility, the big dunes, and the close proximity to the wide North Sea beach at Haurvig. We have finally finished the complete renovation and are happy to share the cottage for rent for Spring, Summer, Autumn, Christmas etc.)

We have all new installations in the bathroom, everything in the kitchen is brand new (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, and we have also added some extra luxury with a 2-zoned wine refrigerator and an outdoor pizza oven). Both beds on the ground floor are new and we also changed the rest of the interior. There's outdoor furniture and sunbeds - and you will find everything you need for a fantastic North Sea holiday!

Please note that everything is included in the rent you see here, i.e. heating, electricity, water, bed linen etc. are all included (this is not the standard in Danish holiday rentals but we feel this is much more transparent for our guests).

NB: the cottage has two bedrooms on the ground floor and one bedroom on the first floor (only accessible via a staircase which is little bit steep and somewhat narrow)

The cottage is the ideal place for an active and /or relaxing vacation for both kids and adults. You can rent bicycles to ride along the 'Vestkyststien' - a 45 km trail running through the dunes - only for walking or bicyckling. Our house is located by the middle of 'Vestkyststien'. There is also surfing, wind surfing, kite surfing, stand-up paddle boarding, canoeing etc. and especially Hvide Sande is a hub for water sport.

Our cottage is located only 500 meters from the sea and is close to the fjord too. You don’t have to cross any roads when you walk to the sea!

Very cozy cottage in the dunes
Stunned by the beautiful landscape we found the house immediately cozy, yet quite small (especially the bathroom is.. cute :-) after having unpacked our person's baggage for 5 weeks. After we found a good spot for almost all our stuff the only challenge remained to dry our clothes that got completely wet at the first evening on the very short walk to the north sea beach. Fortunately not much more rain for two weeks so no issues here as we could use the outdoor drying rack most of the time. The large space around the houses offers a great deal of privacy. I can summarize that we were pretty happy with the house! We even managed to bake truly delicious pizza in the pizza oven at the first try (thanks to an explanatory YouTube video on the oven's usage probably). Have a great time there everyone!

Ein wirklich tolles Haus!
Wir waren mit Freunden über Silvester in Hvide Sande. Das Haus lag wunderschön und geschützt in den Dünen. Alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden und alles war sauber und neu. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder :)

Gemütliches Häuschen in traumhafter Lage und sehr netter Kommunikation
Wir haben uns rundum wohl in dem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Häuschen in den Dünen gefühlt. Die LAge ist wirklich sehr schön und die Ausstattung zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Zur Begrüßung gab es sogar eine Flasche kaltgestellten Rosé und einen Legobausatz für unsere Tochter - wirklich eine nette Geste. Die fußläufige Nähe zum Strand haben wir jeden Tag genossen. Die Kommunikation war immer sehr nett und zeitnah und das Check in über den Schlüsselkasten auch problemlos und smit zeitlich flexibel. Wir können alles rundum weiterempfehlen!!! Herzliche Grüße

Wir haben nun eben im Oktober eine Auszeit gebraucht und die Wohnung war perfekt dafür. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ich würde nur sagen, dass sie für uns vier ausreichend war. Mit 6 Leuten kann es zu dieser Jahreszeit und Wettersaison schwierig werden mit dem Platz. Wichtig ist aber schwierig nicht unmöglich

Ruhiges Ferienhaus in den Dünen
Wir haben als Familie mit 2 Kindern eine wunderbar erholsame Urlaubswoche verbracht. Der flache breite Sandstrand ist in 5 min fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet, sämtliche Küchengeräte sind vorhanden, auch den Pizzaofen draußen können wir wärmstens empfehlen. Die große Holzterasse lädt zum Speisen oder Chillen auf den Sonnenliegen ein. Der nette und aufmerksame Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr angenehm. Auch kleine Begrüßungspräsente für Eltern u. Kinder lagen bereit. Angenehm war auch die Tatsache, daß wirklich alles vorhanden und inklusive war, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Strom etc. Damit entfiel das Ablesen der Stromzähler und evtl. Nachzahlen usw... Wir kommen gern wieder. :-)

Schönes kleines Häuschen mitten in den Dünen
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dem gemütlichen kleinen Haus. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles was man benötigt war da. Vom Haus zum Strand läuft man eine kleines Stück, was aber völlig ok ist. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und hilfsbereit! Ich kann das Objekt nur empfehlen!

Traumhafter Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus
Es war der perfekte Kurzurlaub in einem sehr liebevoll gestalteten Ferienhaus. Es war alles vorhanden was man sich vorstellen kann. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war perfekt und reibungslos. Es wurde einfach an alles gedacht und man konnte sich mit jeder Frage an sie wenden. Tolles Haus, tolle Umgebung, tolle Vermieter und auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Wunderschön eingerichtetes Haus in Dünenlandschaft in Gehweite zum Strand
Hatten eine tollen Urlaub in diesem frisch renovierten Ferienhaus. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Siedlung inmitten der idyllischen Dünenlandschaft von Hvide Sande. In nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man den wunderschönen breiten Sandstrand. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist hochwertig, äußerst stilvoll und gemütlich. Es gibt einen stimmungsvollen Kamin und zusätzlich Heizung/Klimaanlage. In der Küche fanden wir alle denkbaren Kochutensilien. Sogar ein Weinklimaschrank ist vorhanden. Schlüsselübergabe, Beschreibung und Service waren einwandfrei. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und können es absolut weiterempfehlen!
