I like the location because it’s close to the airport with 24 hour shuttle. This is the main reason for always staying there. This time I had to wait 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive.

This is a really cool hotel, clean, modern with a great atmosphere. The rooms are fantastic, everything you need for a comfortable stay including a full kitchen! The restaurant / bar in the hotel is lovely, staff were great! Will definitely stay again!

I had an overall great stay at this hotel! It has a nice modern decor, extremely clean, and easily accessible to the airport. The only issues I had was in the suite of the Hyatt House the internet service was very spotty and phone calls would often drop. Also arriving in the evening the airport shuttle service was very delayed more than 20-30min. Also I wish there were more food options in walking distance. However, the best highlight of my experience was the staff! They were very friendly and accommodating. Once I shared my challenge with the shuttle service pick-up, they upgraded my room which made the couple of inconveniences all worthwhile!

We were here for a quick 2 night trip. Staff were super helpful and kind, really appreciated them during our stay. Our room was unfortunately one of the rooms without windows, felt very suffocating not being able to see the light during the day. But the main area was nice and open, lots of areas to sit and work on your laptop if needed. Would likely stay again because of the price, staff and location!

Staff was nice, helpful and accommodating. Only one onsite restaurant, food was good but overpriced with a skeleton staff. Property is worn, needs updates, not clean. Shuttle to airport obtained after repeated phone calls, but stops a block short of the property, entrance/exit has no automatic doors, very inconvenient. Added taxes and fees make it not a bargain as they nearly double the cost advertised on line.

We recently stayed at this hotel for 2 days while in town for a concert. Overall a nice stay, here is what we liked and what we didn't. Pro : -This is our 2nd stay and we reserved a suite this time. It was nice and roomy and I enjoyed having the full refrigerator, and eating utensils in the room. The large bathroom with deep soaking tub was nice as well. -I loved that we could connect and watch our YT/Netflix on the TV -Roof top pool and hot tub are nice (though cons are water is too cold and people were smoking out there) Cons : -Food you can order (eat in or take to your room) is more than it should be. Esp with added 18% + tip -Cost for water bottle in the room $5 is crazy. This should be complimentary. -The location is good if you are staying in the area or doing a flight out, but in general it isn't a great location for seeing other areas in LA. Not much shopping to walk to if you don't have a car either -TV didn't work on arrival but the maintenance did come quickly for that and reset it for us -Coffee pot never worked (would not power on) and looked like it had seen better days anyway. I asked for it to be replaced on the 1st day and it never was.

I have stayed at the property previously and will not hesitate to stay here again. Every single staff person I spoke with from the front desk help with Marissa to every housekeeper, maintenance and security person, everyone was friendly and helpful. My room had a fantastic view of the LAX runways. It was a very well-insulated room. I did not hear any other guests. The breakfast was well-stocked and the tables clean. The gym is large and top-notch. All of this for a reasonable price within walking distance of LAX. Oh, this is a new hotel too, so the furnishings are in fantastic shape, compared with some of the more dated and worn hotels on Century Blvd. by LAX. I will definitely stay here again.

Our room was super clean and spacious. The bathroom was very clean. The room was very big and renovated. We stayed in a room with a separate bedroom. The kitchen was fully stocked. Although we were here for only one night, you could stay in a room like this for a longer vacation and not ever feel crowded. We used this hotel for our overnight layovers to and from Hawaii. My only 2 criticisms: we waited about 40 minutes for a shuttle pick up and there was no hand lotion in the room. We will definitely stay here again.
