On checkin I got a room that looked like a 3 star hotel room, run down. But after containing front desk got a better room on 21st floor, which was still below 5 star standards.
In terms of hospitality, was about 3 star, no where near the Oberoi or Trident level 5 star hospitality. An example, in breakfast buffet I had asked for a cup of filter coffee for my desk right in front of the counter. Did not get it after 10 mins, went back again asked for it, still did not get it after 10 more minutes. Next time I said I will take and go, the guy at the counter took his time and then said I am out of coffee with a giant smile on his face. I had to ask him why do I have to come and ask 3 times and still not get the coffee? Then his smile turned upside down as if I had scolded him, while I simply asked a simple question.
What I felt is this property is at best a 4 star in terms of the amenities, and hospitality is no where near that of a 4 star, while this hotel tries to portray itself as a 5 star.
