The wifi password was so small on the key card that I thought it was hill lively not hi!lively!
The front desk staff were excellent especially Tammy. I suggest a card written in Japanese with the hotel address especially for taxis. I woo suggest my friends stay here.

This hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay .Close to Train station and 7/11 across the road .
The front desk staff were very welcoming and Friendly .
We stayed in the twin room which was comfortable for us .
Suggest to stay here if you want have a peaceful sleep after hectic days in shibuya 😊 .It was a lovely stay thank you

"Great hotel if you are staying near airport. Restaurant not so great but in a pinch it’s fine. Clean, very big rooms and friendly staff. A 10 min safe walk from terminal 2 or 3 of Narita airport. Hotel has shuttle too."
