I was in room 235. It’s a corner with two sets of windows. The room is updated and spacious. There were also blackout blinds to keep out the light and the cold weather. The staff were also very nice and helpful. Shuttle service was amazing as well. Chris was a good listener.

An Excellent Place to Stay
The Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites in Idaho Falls, Idaho rated 5's in all areas. The room was not too small, and it was clean. The mattress was comfortable as were the pillows. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices both hot and cold, and it had daily housekeeping which was a big plus. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and fresh throughout the facility. We had a very pleasant sty here.

I appreciated all of the staff and that there was an airport shuttle service. The shuttle was on time and he was very courteous. The breakfast options were great and we utilized and enjoyed the pool and hot tub!!! I also very much appreciated the generous area for putting my suitcase next to the desk. It was definitely a great value for the fee I paid.

I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel that exceeded my expectations. The rooms were not only spacious but also impeccably clean, providing a perfect retreat after a long day. The staff truly stood out, being exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. The highlight for me was the delicious breakfast, which had extended hours—allowing for a leisurely morning and some much-needed sleep-in time. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I can't recommend it enough for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

It was excellent. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. They had very good breakfast but ran out of breakfast by 9:00am even if it was till 10:00AM. Apart that everything was just perfect.

Nice express hotel. The only concern is the sound isolation of the building is not good. You can hear the sound of walking in hallway and upper floor unit, and especially the shower next to your room.
