"FERIENHAUS EXQUISIT" - one of the most beautiful houses in the Immenstaad vacation park!

This cozy and very well equipped Nurdachhaus we acquired in December 2016th In the meantime, we have lovingly renovated and modernized. The complete furniture is new, as well as the bright kitchen with its high quality equipment (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, Delonghi coffee machine, etc.). It is located in a Ferienwohnpark in Immenstaad with private car.-parking about 800 meters from Lake Constance. A supermarket, bakery, restaurant and big bike rental is located about 2 minutes. Walk away.

The approximately 70 square meter house has a spacious and comfortable living and dining area with open kitchen. Similarly, a small, bright daylight bathroom with shower, toilet and sink on the ground floor and a storage room.

A staircase to reach the upper floor with the two bedrooms. Both rooms are equipped with a TV and offer plenty of storage space for your clothing. One bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), the other has two single beds (90 x 200 cm), which can also be put together. In this room is located directly under the roof a small sleeping place, the "alcove".

In a small, secluded garden with large newly landscaped terrace, garden table with 4 chairs and 2 chairs, and a Weber charcoal grill you can have breakfast and end the day at sunset. The terrace can be shaded with an electric awning.

For the hot summer months (July and August) air conditioning in the living area is available.

During your stay we offer free Wi-Fi access.

Please note that duvets (135 x 200 cm) and pillows (80 x 80 cm) are provided, however, bed linen and sheets and towels and tea towels must be brought.

There is a laundrette in the Ferienwohnpark.

Pets are only allowed after express agreement with us.

Top renoviertes Haus
Schönes kleines Haus, sehr gut ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, eigener Parkplatz, ruhige Feriendorfanlage oberhalb Immenstaad. Supermarkt und Restaurant über die Straße, verkehrsgünstig nach Friedrichshafen und Meersburg. Vermieter und Hausverwalterin waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Noch mal aufgetankt in 10/21
Es handelt sich um ein gemütliches, kleines Häuschen in einer sehr gepflegten Ferienanlage etwas außerhalb des eigentlichen Ortes (Discounter und Bäckerei fußläufig). In Immenstaad gibt es neben einem REWE den gängigen Einzelhandel - für sonstige Einkäufe bietet sich Markdorf (ca. 6 km) an, in dem es alle Arten von Geschäften gibt. Die Person, die das Haus geplant hat, hat einen sehr guten Job gemacht. Es ist alles durchdacht, man fühlt sich in keiner Weise beengt, und es fehlt von der Einrichtung und Ausstattung her an nichts. Die vorherige Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief reibungslos und entspannt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sicher bald wieder.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in einem tollen Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer Siedlung mit weiteren Ferienhäusern. Das Ferienhaus ist gut in Schuss und toll eingerichtet. In der Nähe ist ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, Bäcker und eine Bushaltestelle. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Das i-Tüpfelchen wäre noch die Möglichkeit Bettwäsche und/oder Handtücher dazu zu buchen, aber das nur als Vorschlag, nicht als Kritikpunkt.

Schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten des Bodenseegebietes zu erkunden
Mit Spannung öffneten unsere Enkel Schlüsseltresor und Haustür und unsere Erwartungen wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Haus ist modern, sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl und genossen unsere Mahlzeiten auf der kleinen Terrasse. Da wir in der sehr heißen Woche dort waren, mussten wir mit geöffneten Fenstern schlafen, so dass man den Straßenlärm hörte. Einkaufen kann man sehr bequem zu Fuß und auch die Haltestelle des Busses ist schnell erreicht. Uns hat es gut gefallen und wir würden das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Nettes Feriendorf, gut eingerichete Wohnung
Es gibt an der Wohnung überhaupt nichts auszusetzen, die Klimaanlage ist etwas altersschwach und konnte die an diesen Tagen außergewöhnlich heißen Temperaturen nicht bewältigen, aber das überhaupt eine vorhanden ist, ist ja schon ein Pluspunkt. Das Wlan war leider nicht sehr gut, da es zentral über das Feriendorf gesteuert wird, tageweise hatten wir keines. Die Vermieter haben sich aber umgehend darum gekümmert.

Pfingsturlaub mit Enkelkindern ( 4 und 8 Jahre)
Dieses Objekt der Fam. Rehr können wir nur empfehlen. Es ist sehr liebevoll, modern und sauber ausgestattet. Zur Benutzung von Heizung, Lüftung usw. gibt es ausreichend Infomaterial. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.B. für Frühstück) sind direkt in der Nähe. In den Ort selbst muss man ein wenig laufen, mit Fahrrädern jedoch kein Problem.

Wie auch letztes Mal ein wunderbarer Kurzurlaub
Wir waren direkt nach Weihnachten über Silvester in dem wundervollen Ferienhaus. Wie auch letztes Mal hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die neue tolle Kaffeemaschine hat vor allem den Mann begeistert. Wunderschönes, gemütliches Ferienhaus mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. So fühlt man sich sofort heimisch und pudelwohl. Kommen auf jeden Fall mal wieder.

Gern sind wir auch in diesem Jahr wieder in das schöne und gemütliche Ferienhaus gekommen und haben uns in dem geschmackvollen Ambiente sehr wohlgefühlt. Durch das herrliche Herbstwetter Anfang Oktober konnten wir auch die Terrasse nutzen. Vielen Dank an Familie Rehr!!

Ein mit sehr viel liebe eingerichtetes Haus! Immer wieder gerne!!
Das Ferienhaus war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht! Wir hatten einen 10 Tage Aufenthalt und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die zimmer sind natürlich etwas klein (ist ja ein komplettes Dachhaus) aber super schön eingerichtet und gut durchdacht. Auch der Außenbereich war gepflegt und lud zum entspannen ein. Man merkt das es mit viel liebe eingerichtet ist und sich die Vermieter darum bemühen das der Aufenthalt einzigartig wird! Wir haben und wie Zuhause gefühlt! Super weiter zu empfehlen! Wir würden immer wieder gerne hier her kommen!

Es hat uns allen vieren sehr gut gefallen. Nur eins war zu bemängeln. die Dachrinne vorm Haus trofft. Das stört bei Regen. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Schöner Urlaub in tollem Ambiente!
Wir haben ein paar wunderschöne Tage in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht! Auch bei ungemütlichem Wetter war es drinnen schön gemütlich. Das Ferienhaus ist top ausgestattet - modern und doch gemütlich, mit bequemen Betten und einer schönen Einrichtung. Es war alles da, was man für eine schöne Zeit braucht. Für unsere Ausflüge in alle Ecken des Bodensees war das Häuschen ebenfalls gut gelegen, man war schnell auf der Bundesstraße, gleichzeitig ist es jedoch im Ferienwohnpark ruhig.
