The property was beautiful and rooms were so clean but the highlight of our stay was the incredible service of the staff. We were made to feel so welcome and every staff member we met was so helpful and polite! I really want to thank the staff for the impeccable service that made my family feel so comfortable during our stay to celebrate mum's 60th. I also appreciated the fact that you could access the many facilities including the pool/spa after you check out because there is so much to do and see that you really do need the extra time! The entertainment/performances and additional pop up markets for Christmas were lovely. We honestly cannot wait to go back!!

Best hotel ever!!!
The customer service at the hotel is unmatched. Even the details like when you ask where something is at the hotel. The hotel front desk would take you there, not just give you directions. We were welcomed with a delicious drink and an introduction to our room and the features. This hotel has everything from pools, theme park, restaurants, clothing store, decor, entertainment.

Spa and Jimjilbang were great. All very clean and well organised. Staffs are well trained and very profesional and friendly. I stayed Art Paradiso, beautiful room with view of indoor plaza. So many things to do in this facility and this is also perfect place for the family with kids.

They were very hospitable. I don’t remember the name of the guy that checked me in but he was so kind. He took my bags to my room and gave me a tour of the room showing me all the features. Very kind and helpful. I like that they have a shuttle for the airport. Overall excellent experience.

It’s a beautiful hotel with plentiful amenities. The hotel room and restaurant are art work and staffs are so tentative and welcoming. Don’t forget to take advantage of Cimer water spa which is included for weekdays lodging

Unbelievable nice property. The staff was great. However, you have no way of controlling the temperature in your room. It’s centrally controlled and they keep it at 26c. They brought a fan to the room, but for this expensive of a hotel you should be able to set the temperature to what you like.

The best. If you have a long layover, stay here. If you want to spend a few days in Soul stay a 2/5 days there then spend the remaining 3 here. If you want to run away to a magical place full of wonder and amazements stay here. I’m kicking myself for only booking for one night when the least I should have booked was 3. Bottom line: Stay here!
