The room I stayed smells badly like damp and mold. The front desk stuffsā€™ communication ability was not great when I stayed there. They gave me wrong shuttle busā€™s time. They gave me T2 bus time when I asked for T1 bus schedule.

The hotel has AC. However, the cold air sits at the vent due to the fan having barely enough force to push the cool air into the room. I checked into a room that was 28C and it took six hours plus a fan to get the room to 23C. Do not expect to have a cool evening during a Korean summer

Lovely property within 5 minutes of Incheon airport. I was pleasantly surprised how big our double room was with a large bathroom. Free airport shuttle runs every hour on the hour starting at 5am. Convenience store inside the hotel. I would definitely stay here again if I have an early morning flight.

This hotel was clean and efficient. The staff was amazing and extermely helpful. With a restaurant in the building as well as a convenience store, we didn't need to go anywhere. The convenient shuttle to and from the Incheon airport was on time, clean and easy to find. We had a great stay at this hotel.

In transit stay at Seoul Incheon Airport
This was a return stay from my first stay one year ago. A chose to return because the last stay was a good experience. This stay was even better because I had more time at the hotel and more interaction with the friendly, helpful and always professional staff. The room was nice - clean, quiet and comfortable with very nice amenities. Already I have booked another stay later this month!

Very clean and sleek property. There is a hotel shuttle that takes you to/from Incheon T1/T2 terminal, just need to check the schedule. A bit loud since you can hear planes taking off but that's because the hotel is right outside the terminal. You can watch planes take off. The hotel has complementary ear plugs so no problem. 24hr convenience store right in the lobby. I would stay here again when I come back to Korea.
