Quick overnight
We have stayed here a number of times. It is ok for a quick overnight. Unfortunately the hotel needs quite a bit of work. The room was ok but not great.

The biggest issue, was the side door does not require a pass key for entry. The bathroom room floor had not been mopped, it was sticky. The carpet prob was not swept either there was random (small) pieces of trash behind the chair.

Place for the Night but Wouldn’t Stay Again
Bed seemed to be a full when requested Queen. Website confusing as one place said roll in shower for accessible room and another said tub/shower combo. We needed roll in and got the tub so had to make do. Wouldn’t let us pay cash for room and just put security deposit on card. Had to either pay all cash or all card. Room furniture hadn’t been moved to vacuum as found two press on fingernails on floor beside and under chair. Hotel grounds had trash overflowing in outside cans as well as broken bottles on ground and a ceramic coffee mug laying in grass along with wine bottles. Hallway had a definite natural gas smell. Automatic door broken making it more difficult for a guest with me who uses devices for walking assistance. Had to open heavy doors for them as auto doors didn’t work and no accessiblity button on others to open them. Exterior doors had key card box to unlock but didn’t need as there was no lock on the door so anyone could access building at anytime even if not a guest. Hair dryer on wall did not work yet wasn’t replaced. Had another wall dryer in the room sitting on a shelf instead of being installed. Had two phones in room as phone by bed didn’t work as in no dial tone…couldn’t even push buttons to get one. Should be fixed or removed. Building very outdated. Needs major face lift. Bed was comfortable.

I got a suite, jacuzzi was not cleaned properly, carpet was dirty found wrappers behind bed, no one at front desk in afternoons, have video of it cause my cards did not work to get into my room and needed help, took me 25 if not more to get help. I had to go find help in the second floor were “they,” were in a room just relaxing, while I was calling front desk for over 25min just terrible service…. Don’t even mention attitudes like it’s my fault they have to do their jobs….

Arrived to a lobby that was empty, no staff… a note on desk saying “return in 30 minutes” … I waited 40 minutes… just standing there waiting… I wondered if the place was even open? I understand personnel problems but either you are a hotel or you’re not! Got to a room… dirty floors, holes in wall, stains, no soap… had to return to desk to get soap. Nog a good experience

Smokers outside when we arrived. Our clothing and body sealed of smoke due to this. Room was dirty: food under sofa edge. Carpet gross dirty, table sticker, bathroom floor stained, Tub area stained , felt unsafe to stand, stained. No soap, shampoo. Towels were yellow not white. Never have I had an experience like this in a hotel. Would actually like a credit for this stay.

Bed was not very comfortable and pillows were old. Rust in the shower and only the main parts of room swept. Dust/grime was thick around the refrigerator. Mirrors were hazy because they were cleaned with bathroom cleaner and not window cleaner. I used mine from my car trunk to get it cleaned.

Furniture was all damaged in some way. Mattress was stained and very old. The floors were filthy and behind the bed hadn't been cleaned or vacuumed in a very long time. I don't expect a 5 or even 4 star at the price we paid for the room, but the room was not worth what we paid. We were disappointed.

i was not happy with this hotel at all i found a dirty wash rag hanging on curtain rod, the molding in bathroom was falling off, shower didnt work in first room moved and 2nd shower still didnt work well only positive is worker was nice enough to change rooms.
