My stay at this hotel was terrible overall, starting with the awful smell and finishing with the different types of bugs and cockroaches running over me, over my sheets, over the towels in the bathroom. (An issue by the way I observed people mentioning in google reviews for the last at least 2 year, an issue that as I experienced is still not addressed to this day). I booked this room because of the Baymont by Wyndham name on the listing, which is misguiding to say the least. I really hope this review will help the management to address finally this issue but something tells me it’s an hopeless situation. They’ll probably go on like this with one time clients until a serious inspection. Hopefully that inspection will happen sooner then later

Dirty. Questionable. Not sure if there were permanent residents. Seemed that way. Place smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. Breakfast was ok. Definitely won't bring my group back. It won't let me add photos. Stains everywhere, carpet filthy, dust caked on air conditioner.

Not the greatest hotel but the staff was extremely accommodating, let us check in 3 hours early for Eras concert and provided some good travel advice. Very nice desk clerk-thank you!

was most upset with the lack of breakfast options and the limited amount plus they did not offer top service. and i had to go get my own towels an toiletries which they argued with me that i don’t need them because i have the dispenser on the wall well my room didn’t have dispensers it was still the little botttles of shampoo and conditioner n boxes of soap and they overcharged me i paid more than what the hotel was charging

The room smelled on mildew/mold Dusty and dirty. The furniture was broken/glued together. Bathroom was dirty. Guests all had windows propped open. Very strange.

FIRST AND FOREMOST there was blood spatter in my jacuzzi tub and a door fell off of it, revealing gang sign graffiti on the back side of it. Also, we called ahead for an upgrade to a deluxe suite, yet were still placed in a standard suite upon check-in despite having been assured of the upgrade and when shown the pictures of the advertised “deluxe suite” was told by the desk attendant that it was already occupied. Obviously we did not stay here and immediately demanded a refund. Save yourself the stress and stay somewhere nice either downtown or in the keystone district.

Was supposed to be a room for 5. It was not. There was a sharp screw coming out of the front of the headboard for no apparent reason. When you close the bathroom door you can see that nobody cleans behind it. Bathroom door is in disrepair.
