Didn’t even stay. The site says pet friendly 3 pets per room. When you get your online check in you have to check a box that says “the hotel is NOT pet friendly and you will be charged a Large fee for bringing a pet into the hotel” I had to cancel due to this and was not refunded my first night. This was not any fault of mine. It is misrepresentation

The hotel was not clean. the bedding had stains and even hair on the bedding. Even switching rooms it was the same. They even re-use the paper key holders and they have it spelled Brake Fast with the time.

Spend the extra money and go somewhere else. First thing you see when you arrive is a cop sitting in the parking lot, immediate red flag. Elevator is old and slow, it had an inappropriate imagine drawn on the wall inside of it, which for adults whatever, but children not so much something you want them looking at. Our first room had a weird musty pee smell in it and the pillows had a weird smell to them, as if they weren’t clean. We left for the day and came back to pee and toilet paper left in our toilet.. clearly someone had come in our room while we were gone. We spent one night in there and woke up the next morning to a bunch of ants on the floor and bedside table. Staff was quick to switch us to a new room upon request, but didn’t seem alarmed or cared too much, but honestly they should’ve compensated us for the inconveniences. Our second room wasn’t all that better. Had the same smell as the first one, couch stunk, and the ceiling fan was covered with dust. The minute you turned it on it was flying off and dangling from it. Breakfast was poor, apple juice dispenser was just water, the orange juice was watered down, and there wasn’t much of a food option.

Kept up till 3am by guests on the floor above us. Phone didn't even work to call front desk and complain. Ceiling falling in in bathroom. Bathroom exhaust plugged with dirt and lint. 2 rooms same price one was half the size of the other. Checked in online only to have to stand at the front desk and check in all over again. To top it off our friends woke up to a roach crawling over them. Complained to front desk only to get a smile half laugh and a sorry nothing we can do.
