Breakfast service was pretty bad. We were there for two mornings and they ran out of items, and were in no hurry to replenish. People were waiting for coffee both mornings and no one was in a hurry to fix the issue. We also went down and asked for one extra towel. We were told they had none. What hotel runs out of towels?

Hotel was... fine. They had me park in the underground garage, and something dripped on my car that was nearly impossible to get off (pretty sure I scratched my car a bit getting it off).

Ran out of breakfast items three days in a row during our conference. Staff seemed unconcerned. Had only one small, old, very slow elevator. Ice machine on our floor did not work. Rates were double what usually pay at other LaQuinta Inns but quality was much lower than other experiences in southern states.

The room and bathroom wasn’t clean at all, the parking lot was dirty and it smelled. The elevator was tiny and barely worked. Would not stay here again

Overall the property was ok but we didn’t have bar soap for our entire 2 night stay and the beds in the rooms were not the one listed on the website. They were double beds and not queens. The person at the counter said they were sorry they were trying to update the website

Hotel advertises queen beds in the rooms and they are full size even tho hotels was close to everything in downtown Indianapolis I don’t recommend it to small and unsafe area they never made it right to give me a room with queen size beds cuz they claim that was the queen size beds based on Wyndham company

The room air conditioning barely kept the room cool and the hall ways are a sweat box! Other than the room smelled funky probably because the ac unit needs serviced, it’s a affordable convenient place.

I liked the accessibility to places ro eat, transportation (bus station right across rhe street which goes directly to the airport for only $1.75) and nearness ro the Lucas Oil Stadium and local Churches! Surrounding the property were many homeless people. But Security and police presence were tight. I felt safe walking in the area because of this. God bless you!

It’s out dated & the rugs need cleaning, but over all, it’s great for that price. The staff is friendly, especially Scott, who runs the delicious breakfast buffet. The power as our the 2 of 3. Ughts we were there & that was upsetting, but Bonnie’s fault. Overall, it was nice for the price.

It only has 1 tiny little elevator that fits 4 people with no bags or 2 with bags. Only 1 of the 3 ice machines worked at all, but only gave us maybe a dozen ice cubes the 2nd night. And breakfast service was slow. They were constantly out of everything and when they brought out a fresh pot of coffee there was only a few cups worth in the carafe. Beds were comfortable and rooms were nice enough

Limited parking Blood on the floor in the basement walk through to the elevator and in the elevator on the walls and floor. Air conditioning wouldn’t stay on kept shutting off There were security guards keeping an eye on the parking garage hourly. Due to the area and homeless.

The air conditioner wars incredibly loud and barely worked. The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. The lobby smelled heavily of cleaning chemicals. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel was good. But the outside mess around there is horrible. Couldn't even stand outside to smoke or take a breathe of air without getting bum rushed by the homeless. And the homeless want to fight you if you say no. I had a great view of the city
