Hotel was run down, no blankets or extra pillows for pull out. No service to get more, jacuzzi was closed, pool was like an ice bath. Noise was out of control after 1030pm. Called front desk several times but nothing was done loud stoping slamming and yelling until almost 4am.

My room had some cockroaches on the floor. The pool and hot tub was closed and looked at the reviews and it seems like it’s been closed for awhile and they have no plans fixing anything. The bath tub was gross and the thing you put the shampoos were ripped off the wall. The metal light was rusted and the hallways smelled like weed. The parking lot definitely wasn’t lit well enough. Felt unsafe.

The staff was welcoming, and very kind. The property, and the room was clean, but run down. baseboards were missing in the room, room had couch cushions not on the sofa. Overall, just an ok hotel, if it was not for the customer service, I would of given it a much lower rating.

Highly disappointed 😞
Highly overpriced!!! Nothing in our room worked, dishwasher and no climate control. Had a full size kitchen but no pots and pans to cook with and no cooking utensils. Swimming pool and hot tub not working. We spent over $800 for the room, not counting the extra money for supplies. Never again will we be back!!!

We came to enjoy a day in the pool and hot tub we drove 3 hrs for a getaway but the pool and hot tub closed and no continental breakfast, wish i would've call in advance because i would've found a different hotel that had pool and hot tub or just stayed home
