Nice and quiet area. Can hear people walking/stomping above you if you're on the ground floor. Beds were hard as rock. Multiple bugs were found on the floor and walls. WiFi was okay, not the greatest. Couldn't get any streaming through the TV, pretty much stuck with the channels available. Overall I liked it here even with all the complaints, improvements could be made

Unfortunate Experience
We were on the top floor (3rd) and at 8am workers were scrapping the roof off. It was incredibly loud. My vehicle was parked in front of the hotel and the scraps from the roof landed on my car and around it. Someone came to our room at 10:35a to ask for my car to be moved after they had already started removing the tar paper. We fire. Travel to Indy for events and games and like the Greenwood/ Southport area but will not be staying at this hotel in the future.

Check in was amazing and she was so nice!! The room was great except the TV went out and we had no TV which sucked so we had no TV. Also, the smoking allowed outside the front doors was gross!

We booked for two days and in the morning there was loud noise.I went to the help desk and they said roofing service is going on.We couldn't sleep and they had no idea they had someone staying she said they thought everyone there for one night. There were cookies box open sitting in our room from last guest.

A very nice, safe, clean hotel. The breakfast is very good with great variety that changes every day. The parking lot is very big, very well lit with all spaces in front of the hotel. It’s very quiet so you’ll get a good night’s sleep

We reserved for rooms while we were in town for a funeral. While the common areas were clean, the room's bathrooms were dirty with hair on the floor and in the tubs. We returned to our rooms the first day to our rooms not being cleaned although Housekeeping was included as an amenity. Our room keys did not work Anna’s we had to return to the Front desk to get the key cards reactivated. We returned after a stressful, sorrowful day to dirty rooms and locked out. We’ll not return. There are other options in the area to choose from.

Having stayed in many, many, many hotels over the last few years,I found this hotel stay to be quite average, which I don’t mean as a complaint. The shower worked, the breakfast was good, and I left without bedbugs. Success.
