Great place to stay.clean and staff were nice. Only complaint was not all rooms have microwaves. I was there for 5 nights and had to use the lobby microwave which was really inconvenient.

Check in was fast and friendly. Hotel was very clean. With-in walking distance of Lucas Oil Stadium. Must pay to park your car-$35/day. Breakfast wasnt until 7 am so we weren't able to utilize this benefit. Our room was street side and noisy.

It was very noticeable that the room had not been vacuumed prior to my entry. There were food crumbs and other loose debris on the floor. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

The Fairfield is really a nice hotel in downtown Indianapolis. I was able to walk to/from Lucas Oil Stadium (.7 mile one way) and felt safe. The hotel itself is unique as its in a cluster of other Marriot hotels which share a parking garage which is clearly marked so you know where to park and go in for your hotel. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming, housekeeping was odd. They would start shortly after 8 AM. I wasn't leaving until after 10:30 both days of my stay and had to go to the front desk to let them know that housekeeping had already been on my floor, but I only needed towels and trash emptied to which I was assured they would come back. Unfortunately during my 3 day stay I had no housekeeping. Sidenote, I found a fake eyelash on the carpet as you enter the bathroom in my room. Breakfast was exactly the same all 3 days of my stay (Thur-Sun), would have liked a little variety but it wasn't a big deal as the sausage, bacon, eggs and other were good. Overall, I will stay here again in the future.

Wonderful!
There were a lot of events in Indianapolis the weekend I went, as a result this hotel was actually overbooked. The manager and the ladies up front took care of every facet of getting me taking care of to be taken over to a different hotel. And because I paid ahead of time I did not have to pay anything else, Fairfield Inn actually took care of the bill which includes the valet at the newer hotel, because garage was full.
