Room was clean, staff was friendly. No complaints! We were late getting to breakfast and that staff waited on us to get our plates before they shut down. That was really awesome as it was after the breakfast hours and unexpected but much appreciated!

Paid extra for a Jacuzzi tub that didn't work. Room had wallpaper peeling off at the top and the bottom of the couch had trim falling off of it. Had a late night and an 11:00am checkout so thought we'd sleep in a bit but nope had cleaning staff knocking on our door a 8:45am-9:00am as we were just getting ready to go to breakfast. Front desk staff was generally unhelpful and our polite complaints were met with a "I can't do anything about that. My manager will have to call you." 14 hours later still no call. Definitely not remotely worth the price they're charging.

I booked a 2 bed room with walk in shower. The front desk person said that I booked a king suite. The front desk said they over booked the 2 bedroom rooms so I had to take the king suite with a pullout couch for second bed. Also, the room smelled of smoke.

Close to Ruoff. Air conditioner very loud. Hard to sleep. Refrigerator didn’t work had to get a replacement. Complimentary breakfast was very good! Delicious cheese omelette, sausage, and potatoes were great! Round the clock coffee, hot water for tea, and ice water in lobby. Indoor pool.

BED BUGS!!!
Our first room had bed bugs, had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. Then once we switched we couldn’t sleep. Not happy at all with the price of this room for having bed bugs. I would really like a refund. Hotel told me I couldn’t get a refund through them because I went through a 3rd party. Needless to say we will NOT be staying at another Hampton!
