Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Our property is a quiet rural area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still within 15-20 minutes of city life and shopping.

Your private unit is located in our brand new pole barn on our historic farm. It is a lower level unit that sleeps 4 and has 1 bedroom,1 full bath and a sleeper sofa. you will have a private fenced yard (perfect for those with furry friends) with fire pit and a large area for fun with your family. Covered porch with a relaxing porch swing, dining area and BBQ Grill.

Large open fields with wonderful breezes and local wildlife. Breathtaking sunrises and sunsets make a perfectly peaceful stay, close to all the conveniences of the city within about 15-20 minutes. Our place has all the modern conveniences in a rural location, such as high speed internet and smart TV.

**In the photos you may notice an upper deck and entrance, this is empty space right now. Eventually we will be building on to add on to this stay, by adding another bedroom, bath and entertainment area. We haven't done this yet, but know that you have no one else staying in your area. It's a completely private stay.

A Slice of Farm Life
We absolutely loved Meadowdale Farms and would definitely stay there again. The space was adorably decorated with farmhouse decor as well as actual relics from the farm. The farm animals were all within view, and we were warmly welcomed by the hosts’ cats which we loved. The hosts were helpful and easy to correspond with. This was one of my favorite rentals. I would highly recommend.

The perfect retreat
This was one of my favorite VRBO stays. We were driving cross country and picked this place as a calming respite after being on the road. It was perfect. The inside was super clean and full of thoughtful touches, like free eggs from their farm and marshmallow roasting sticks. We had an absolute blast watching the farm animals from the porch swing and our dog was very happy with the fenced in area to run around. Could not ask for a better stay. Next time we're in the area, would love to stay again!

We couldn’t have asked for a better space to stay with our two small kiddos while visiting family! In fact, we split our trip and are ending it back at this property. The space is extremely clean, the fenced in backyard is a huge bonus and it is incredibly peaceful and relaxing! Highly recommend!

New apartment in recently constructed barn. The space was great and had lots of nice amenities. The hosts have really worked hard to create a magical place. We enjoyed interacting with the animals and chatting with Mr.Yoke. This was one of my top short term rental stays!

Absolutely love this place. Stayed between travels from Florida to Michigan and will definitely stay again in the fall on our way back. This is a very charming place. Tasteful farmhouse decor. The entire setting is peaceful and beautiful. The animals are wonderful to watch. Our dog, Gunner, was curious but calm around them. Chris was very informative about the history of home and animals. Amazing!!!!
My husband and I along with our two Pomeranians spent the weekend at this charming farm. It was absolutely PERFECT!!!! The unit was stocked with everything we needed. I especially loved their thoughtfulness of leaving us mints and little dog treats on the counter upon arrival. I also loved that they had the water bowl and a treat jar filled and waiting for our furry friends. I loved seeing all the animals out in the pasture every time I took my dogs outside. Our only complaint was we didn’t have enough time there. We had plans in Indianapolis so we didn’t get as much time to enjoy the peace and quiet and fresh air as we would have liked. We will definitely be back!

Such a gem
We stayed at this little gem for 2 nights. The setting was so relaxing and the barn-dominium was just perfect for us and our 2 small dogs. We enjoyed watching all the animals and the little treat of the fresh eggs. We even got to meet the 2 newest members of the family 2 baby goats. Chris and Vicky have done a wonderful job of making a unique getaway. You wont regret your stay here!

We enjoyed this place so much we booked it for another 2 weeks. I cannot say enough about the owners/hosts of this property. Everyday it seemed like Chris, the part owner ( his wife owns the other half and she is adorable) was adding something new that enhanced the experience of living on a farm. They made us feel like we were a part of the family. Clean, well appointed, and everything you need when traveling was available. If you are looking for a relaxing experience in a historic setting, then don't look anywhere else for your stay. STAY AT THIS LOCATION.

Perfect For Us!
We booked this VRBO to celebrate my birthday and attend a local dog agility trial. We could not be more pleased by the accommodations! Besides being extremely clean, it was comfortable, charming and peaceful. We loved the fresh eggs and bought a few dozen to take with us. It was perfect for the dogs with the fenced in yard. We plan on coming back at least 2 more times this year for other shows. The owners were very responsive to questions and nice people. A great place to stay, one of a kind!!!

So much fun to stay at Chris and Vicky's farm! The cozy fireplace was appreciated as we arrived in unexpected snowy weather. The space was as described and the information book was very helpful! Fresh eggs from the farm chickens and a meet and greet with the animals rounded out our stay on a happy note! We'll be back in warmer weather to enjoy the fire pit and beautiful surroundings!

This was such a unique and wonderful place! It's immaculately clean and welcoming. Very comfortable with just the right amount of amenities and cute decor. I brought my two dogs who would live there if I let them. LOL Will definitely stay here when passing through again!
