The stay was just OK. I checked in late and there were two people outside smoking in their pajamas when I arrived. The entrance did not appear super clean, though again it was late at night. The carpets looked a little dirty in the hallway. My room was actually fairly clean except for the bathtub, which appeared to not have been cleaned. Sleep was good as well as Bedding. The room was very hot it’s 78° when I entered, so it took a while to cool down. When I checked out, the person who checked me out was less than enthused. I was a little disappointed to see that breakfast Was from 6:30 to 9:30 and I missed it. I think on a weekend they could keep it a little longer

It was only when the bad weather make the light went out for almost 5 hours and they didn’t ask if we need something o informed us how long or if the had contact electricity company and see how long they think o expect to get power back that’s the only bad thing happened while we staying

Was able to do an early check in. Convenient location to stay and meet family for an Indiana Fever game. Updated rooms. Comfortable beds/pillows. Only concern, was the smell of weed on our non smoking floor. Didn't wake up early enough for the free breakfast buffet. Clean entry.

Front desk staff was very standoff-ish, barely speaking. Room not clean. Previous occupant’s food wrapper on the floor, hair in the bathtub, and used washcloth draped over the shower curtain rod. Breakfast started at 6:30 am, when I arrived at 7:30 am there were signs stating they were completely out of hot food. Since all that was left was grain/carbohydrate based food (which I can’t eat due to a chronic health issue), I the incurred the extra expense of having to get breakfast elsewhere.

Room was clean, but building conditions were not so great. Our door stuck when opening and closing, had to give a hard tug to open it and an extra push to close it. Also the tile was broken in several places around the property. Breakfast was just ok. Would stay again for 1or 2 nights, but for an extended stay.

Know the location of your room
I stayed in room 104. It was right beside the elevator equipment room. Every time the elevator went up or down I was hearing it through the wall. I had to be up at 3:30 a.m. It was rough getting to sleep. I'm a solid sleeper, so once I was asleep I did not hear it anymore. Other than that the experience was good. I was not able to take advantage of the pool, or breakfast. There is a pub and grill, a Starbucks, a Jimmy John's, a pizza place, and a great donut place that is open late in the day that are all within 50 yards or so of the hotel.

Another family staying with us reported bedbugs in their room. I was charged a rental fee for the conference room that I did NOT authorize, or request. Breakfast runs until 9:30…at 8:45, we go down and are told there’s no more eggs, nor would they make more for the remaining 45 mins of service. We had a soccer tournament (that this hotel participated in the room blocks) and the hotel threatened to call the police on our 12 YO kids (at 7:30pm, sun still out) for being too loud. They weren’t damaging the property, just runnjng around and playing tag. This is to be expected with these team events but threatening police has never been our experience before, at any other hotel. Bathroom ceilings had holes in the drywall. Rude staff. Just overall disappointing stay.

The beds were surprisingly comfortable. The pillows are too soft which makes you have to pile on. Consider offering a fuller pillow like the company “My pillow”. Very comfy pillows which fluff nicely in a dryer and last 10 years.
