Great spot for our 48 hour trip to DCI. Love that the bar has great food options to make our stay a one stop shop. The waitress at the bar is FABULOUS!! She dealt with some not so kind guests with incredible grace and class! Love her!

I think her name is spelled Shimona…. She worked the desk when I checked in and out the next day. So friendly. She made my night after a very long tiring day. I would come back just for her laugh and smile. Kudos to holiday inn for hiring such a wonderful person.

While not specifically the properties fault, but Saturday Night 2AM and 50 cars blasting music loud, doing donuts in the streets / parking lot, speeding all around the parking lot, cars on fire for an hour until cops showed up to disperse. Actual hotel room was very clean and modern and comfortable. The location was not so great and would not consider it particularly safe. Staff were extremely slow during check in process. With little to no sleep from the earlier chaos, decided to try check out at 4.30am for a 6.30 flight but night staff were sitting with friends and chatting. After waiting 5 minutes for any acknowledgement just left without check out. If you like nice large comfy rooms in an awful location and mediocer service from staffing, this place will suite you well. Would never personally stay in that vicinity / hotel again after my personal experience

We stayed for one night, and the property was very clean, and easy to get in and out of. The management was nice enough, and it got the job done for a quick overnight stay.

AC was not at all working. Room was super hot. We checked in late after long drive and did not had energy to ask for room change. We hardly got any sleep though and was the whole purpose of booking hotel as it was stop over.

We ordered breakfast from the menu. The food came slowly and the order was not correct. The desk clerk was helping wait tables. I suspect the hotel was under staffed. The room had a lingering sent of cigarette smoke. The staff present were friendly and helpful. There just needed to be more of them.
