We had our room on the 3rd floor and there was a family in the room directly over us. The sound of children wrestling, running or whatever was so annoying. They were our wakeup call this morning. đŸ˜©. Breakfast is just so so.

Staff were dishonest. We planned the trip so our 8 year could swim in the pool (very cold outside). I arrived early in the morning and spoke to staff. They had a note on the counter about the pool. I asked and she indicated the pool "was 5 degrees colder than normal". It’s just 5 degrees, should be fine i said. We came back at check in time (6 hours later) and went right to the pool. It was NOT 5 degrees colder; IT WAS ICE COLD (LIKE COLD TAP WATER). I asked the maintenance guy, and he said the heater in the pool has been out for weeks! I had 6 hours to find a new hotel, but the staff was dishonest!

I would’ve given all five stars, however, hotel seems not to have been built with quality in mind! We could hear traffic loudly through windows, we could hear people above us walking & talking in hallways as they left their rooms.
