Check in was fine and she was friendly and helpful. No airport shuttle even though the website said it had one. The hallway and lobby were pretty tired looking. The room was beat. Tub/shower probably should have been replaced a while ago. Room wasn’t very clean and didn’t even have a coffee maker. Just needed a place to crash before a flight and this worked but wasn’t great.

I disregarded the reviews and focused on the hotel's proximity to the airport. I didn't seek advice from my friends, who wanted me to stay with them instead. The neighborhood was sketchy and felt unsafe. The phone in my room didn't work, and I couldn't reach the front desk. I had to ask for the Wi-Fi password, and I only stayed there for two nights. I brought my own electronics, and I only used the room for sleeping. I would rate my experience as 1 out of 10.

Although I felt the room was clean, there was peeling paint on the bathroom doors and some dark stains on the sheets. Also there was no place to put bar soap by bathroom sink so it was just sliding around on the counter. Really surprised there was no elevator to upper level. I even had another guest ask me where it was.

I didnt like anything when you book you have to put up 100$ deposit that didnt know about an then you dont get the deposit back for 5 to 8 business days that is BS didnt know an tryed getting my money back an the guy wanted 31$ for me to get back my 78$ its a big scam

Charges were misrepresented. Online booking charged me and then hotel charged me again and added a $100 deposit that was not communicated through their online information. Staff was arguing publicly when I arrived and continued their fight for several minutes while I waited to check in. We decided not to stay there but couldn’t cancel the booking at the desk because I had made the reservation on line. One of the worst hotel experiences I have had. Easily found a better priced, safer and more pleasant atmosphere at Comfort Inn a few blocks away
