Beds and pillows were miserably uncomfortable. The air conditioner sounded like a freight train . The outside light shone directly into our window. Toiletries were really sparse. One bar of soap for 4 people. Bathtub was old and iron stained. Reasonably clean and the front desk young lady was efficient and friendly. Breakfast buffet was clean and well stocked.

I would definitely not feel safe staying here again. There was some confusion about the dates of the stay. They thought we were leaving on the fourth and we intended to leave on the fifth. That was my fault, but it was a very minor mix up. We were out on the fourth and the front desk called and began threating us because all of our stuff was in the room. Note: this was a Sunday, so they had plenty of rooms. I just said, “sorry there was some confusion, just book me for another night, I can give you my credit card over the phone.” The manager woman was absolutely unhinged. She accused us of fraud and playing games and was screaming. What sort of a game would a person play with all their stuff still in the room? You can judge a person’s character by how they behave when things go off script. This woman was not just rude, she was cruel. I do not know what is wrong with her, but I would not feel safe there. We paid for the day and quickly packed and left. Until this person is replaced with someone more stable and hospitable, avoid this hotel. There is a different one across the street to the south and one to the east. If someone from La Quinta reads this, I would suggest that your manager is not just unsuited to the hospitality industry, but potentially dangerous to the guests and employees.

Property in general was alright, but room was very dated and needed a lot of attention. Bathroom ceiling had stains and/or mold, and rust on the exhaust grille. Flooring was in poor condition. Carpet in room was sticky in some areas and a lack of power outlets required me to unplug room lamps and clock to charge my phone and plug in my computer. Also was woken up at 3am while someone from the hotel directed a large group to their rooms with little regard for those of us already there.

Nice hotel, convenient location.
We were looking for a hotel in the Indianapolis area for a convention, and LaQinta fit the bill. The rooms are nice and clean, and we were able to get connected rooms for our kids. Car charging is Tesla only, but there is a Wal-Mart right down the street for charging other EVs.

The room was clean but the carpet was riped , hole in bathroom wall behind door , in both bathrooms shower curtain rods was coming off , pull out sofa sleeper the mattress was ripped and dirty , main two beds was good , office chair was very rough shape , couch is out dated
