My plan for my stay was to study until my event the next day. However, there was no desk, no chair, and poor lighting because the electric outlet at the bedside table was disconnected. I had to use the bed as a desk and the shower chair as a chair to do my work. There was no place to hang up clothes and no drawers. Every hotel should provide a chair because no one wants to conduct all activities sitting on their bed. This is the third Wyndham hotel I stayed in that lacked minimum conveniences. If it is because of a lower rate, I would prefer to pay a little more and have a few more comforts.

Excellent front office staff. Convenient to where I was working. AC was great, hot showers, comfortable bed at a great price. Would stay there again when I'm working in Indianapolis.

The room was mostly clean however, it was a non-smoking room that had lingering smoke smell and I am asthmatic. I didn't notice until I was leaving that my bedsheets had significant stains that I did not notice. I did not lay down for long as I was out very late and left early. Also there are many loud children running around the property that I assume are residents at the property.

When we arrived, we had a feeling the clientele was not safe. We entered our room only to find mouse droppings on the night stand. At this point, we gathered our stuff and walked out. There was no way we could stay in a place that would have rodents running across us all night.

The floors were dirty and the area was sketchy. No one came to clean the room or replace towels. Staff was rude and impatient. Check out is at 11am and starting from 10:30 onwards, we received several knocks on our door trying to rush us out of the room. 30 mins prior to check out. They even tried to open the door while i was getting dressed. Luckily it was locked.

It seems like this location is in a state of transition, and the staff was pleasant and responsive. The room however was in a rather poor condition overall, as my pictures show. The toilet was not functioning and the faucet was very loose on the sink. I personally fixed both issues. I only saw housekeeping staff once in my full week stay, with no linens or towels replenished. The noise from the nearby expressway is considerable as well. I was also charged an additional $100 security fee, which has yet to be refunded to me. In light of the fact that I repaired some of the deficiencies personally and left the room better than I received it I feel that should have been processed immediately upon checkout
