We are glad you are considering staying at our home. Our goal is for you to have a 5-star experience with us. We do however have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, smoking, or violent behaviors. All our units come equipped with noise sensors. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. Should removal be required, it will be done at the guest's expense.

Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time.

Smoking - Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is STRICTLY prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment.

Parties and Events - Parties and events are STRICTLY prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. This unit is equipped with Noise detection monitors.

Unauthorized Animal/Pet Fee: $250.00

Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300.00.

Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine.

House Rules - Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction from the property.

You must also acknowledge: Potential for noise - This is a quiet residential neighborhood and building. Noise can transfer easily to neighbors through walls and floors.

The property listing was for two bedrooms with two queen beds and two twin beds. The two twin beds were two air mattresses. Both air mattresses leaked out. one mattress had a piece of gray tape over the leak.

Peaceful setting for a party of 4
This is a first-floor 2-bedroom apartment in an attractive and well-maintained complex. It has a covered front area and a nice-sized covered patio on the back that overlooks a pond with a fountain. There are no outdoor chairs, but we had some with us. The two bedrooms and bathrooms are a nice size with large closets. We were a party of six adults. Two adults slept on separate air mattresses, which crowded the dining and living room areas. There are a full size washing machine and dryer. The dining table seats two. There is additional seating at the kitchen bar counter. I suggest the host refresh the equipment/dishes to ensure there are enough to prepare and serve a meal for six people. Overall, this was a comfortable, attractive unit best suited for four people.

Super clean and well organized unit. Bed was comfortable. Nice coffee bar set up. I had booked a hotel for my Indiana trip and my wife found this unit and I’m so glad she did. May be coming back and hope to stay here again. Host is super responsive and helpful.
