Worse experience ive every had at a hilton hotel. Got into town around 7pm for a pre-paid in advance room. Could not get into room until 11pm. No parking, Was told to find a parking spot on the street for $$and return around 11 pm and they should have a spot for me. Very unprofessional and bad per. I have season tickets to the WNBA Fever games and i will never waste my money for such a poorly run hotel. They charged me $ incidentals which i probably never received back. Check out was at 11am, house keeping was pounding on our door at 10:30 am. No snacks on floors, you have to come to lobby and pay an inflated price. No connivence for your clients. Im sure this will all fall on deaf ears. I picked this hotel for the name HILTON!!! Boy was i disappointed. Respectfully Richard S Hedge

I love Tru hotels they are very hip. I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay for indoor parking at this one - as a Hilton Honors member (or use the outdoor parking that seemed sketchy). Staff was great as was breakfast (it usually is). A fella named Remington at the desk took good care of us and I would stay here again if my band isn’t on tour.

A lot of effort to be Great.
It's beautiful,, parking not good, take you chances parking on the street. Or Pay $30 a day in your parking garage, on top of $130.00 a nite for the room, give them a 1st night free then $15.00 daily.

We did have an exceptional time staying at Tru! That said the complaints we had may be more of an issue for families or more persnikity customers. Our deadbolt did not work, we had to call for maintenence to fix the bathroom soap dispensers, and at breakfast, the chafing pans were filled with water instead of water underneath, leading to some boiled sausage patties and Canadian bacon. The hallways were oddly stuffy and there was no way to control the temp in the room. That said, there was nothing but a great experience here for usand we will be back.
