The people above us kept running around till 1am and the people down the hall kept fighting and slamming doors. The hallways smelled of pot and when i tried to contact someone they didn't answer.

The staff was great!! Very friendly and helpful. Our hallway had a really bad smell, but our room was fine. I also don’t know if we were below the housekeeping room or something but it was hard to sleep because whoever was above us was nonstop stomping and moving furniture or something from 3 am until we would leave in the morning. It was obnoxious.

The front desk closed at 11p. The hotel for very loud from 11p-2a. Several people smoking marijuana. It just was not family-friendly and a poor night of sleep.

The room next to me was extremely load and rude. Ask the desk to ask them to quiet down since it was 11pm. They got upset at the desk clerk and started to scream more while their kids ran and jumped off the bed. Then continued to argue about who is doing what drugs!! I was very upset and couldn’t sleep. Missed my flight!! Luckily Jamie at the fest this morning was helpful and let me have a late check out. Wouldn’t stay here again or refer anyone.

I do not recommend this hotel at all, I had called in advance that I would be late for my check-in, I had to wait for almost 2 hours in the early morning for someone to come and open the door and give me the keys to my room, I stayed for 6 nights, and I only asked for cleaning service once and they said no, in room 405 there are cockroaches, if you want to live a terrible experience, come here

My room was nice and clean for the most part. It has a full fridge which was nice and convenient. You can tell the bathtub has been used several times because it had several old stains but the shower works really great! While walking throughout the hotel, I noticed several old stains along the carpet floors. Overall, I had a nice stay and the staff were very friendly.
