All was well. The heating of the pool was a bit of a challenge. We were there 4 days but it took until day 3 to reach temp. Everything else was great.

Guys Golf Trip
Great house and great location. Close to PGA West. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Everyone had their own room excpet for two.

Spa did not work and have since been ghosted by the property managers
My husband loves a good house with a jacuzzi so we booked this place with friends for his 40th. Pros: The house is nice and big with a good layout. Cons: There were issues from the moment we input the code to get in and it wouldn’t work. And then when we were able to get in and the toilet didn’t flush. And then when the pool water was murky. Management was very responsive and helped immediately…until the spa issue. Management did send someone promptly to fix the spa. Apparently he sent them a photo showing the spa was set at 104….however as reflected in the app we were encouraged to download, the spa never got warmer than the pool. The highest it got was 91 degrees. I was told Saturday afternoon that someone else would be coming to fix it. Nothing happened. I was informed at 11pm that same night (our second and final night) that someone had shown up to fix it, but needed a certain part that wouldn’t show up until Monday (unhelpful as we were leaving on Sunday). We therefore did not have a working spa the entire weekend, and I am not exaggerating when I say this ruined the weekend for my husband. Literally the one thing he cares about did not work. I requested a partial refund after checkout yesterday and was informed that my request had been submitted to management. I followed up today and did not receive a response. I have not heard from anyone. Overall beyond disappointing and we will not be booking with Vacanza again.

We had a few issues at check in with incorrect codes. Property management was very responsive and resolved the issue quickly. Home was clean and beautiful!! We had a great time!
