Welcome to the prestigious Terra Lago gated community. Safety is our number one priority with that being said, there's security guards that are on patrol 24/7.

Home is located on a 20 acre breathtaking lake. Terra Lago Golf Course is just 0.4 miles away. Nearby is a family park for your kids.

Cars are recommend for transportation. Guests have full access to the 2 car driveway and 2 car garage. Overnight street parking is not allowed, doing so may result in a fine or tow from HOA.

Uber/Lyfts are welcomed for transportation.

Pool maintenance is every Monday and Friday.

Trash day is every Tuesday.

Quiet hours are from 10pm- 8am. Guests will receive any noise citations occurred during their stay if quiet times are violated.

HOA does not allow guests access to the lake. This includes fishing, swimming or water sports.

Spool heating fees may apply.

Spool is ran as a pool during the day and jacuzzi during the evening, they are not separate.
