Indian Palms Condo
The condo itself was clean and well stocked. Using ROKU as the TV source is terrible. It says "live TV" but everything is taped. You can't watch any local live TV shows. One of the reasons we chose this condo was the access to a pool. However, the pool was not being heated at all and there wasn't any patio furniture. I emailed the owner to see if there was an alternative pool, but he didn't respond. If we knew the pool wasn't usable, we would have stayed somewhere else. Not acceptable, we won't return. Partial refund would be nice.

Nice stay in Indio. Check in process was easy but line at the gate can be long, especially on holidays. Communication with owner was good and easy. Enough room for our party of 3.

I was glad I stayed here for my 3 day weekend. The whole process of checking in and checking out was really smooth. Wayne was quick to communicate and answer any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend family &, friends to stay here as well.

Very nice and cozy place, just as described. Super safe gated area with multiple pools. It was very quiet as well. The host replied to our questions right away. Great location and central to the many things to do in the area.

Great place perfect location
We were there for a horse show and the location is perfect. The condo was perfectly clean and very well appointed and the owner was easy to reach and very responsive. Will try and stay here again and again!

We stayed at Wayne's condo while visiting our son (who happens to live in the same neighborhood). The place was very clean and comfortable, and Wayne was very responsive to our needs while we were there! A great place to stay in Indio!
