The only community/county club directly across the street from the grounds. Welcome to your own private desert getaway across the street from the Polo Grounds, home to both Festivals. This home with its own private salt water pebbletec heated pool & spa, outdoor gas grill, fireplace, to name a few is inside the gates of beautiful Indian Palms Country Club. There are 27 holes of golf to enjoy, tennis courts, fitness center, pickleball courts and so much more! Restaurants, theaters, 2 casinos all within a 5 minute drive. Stay for the weekend or stay long term in paradise. Garage will have our daughters vehicle parked inside it so no parking in garage, but plese feel free to park in the driveway

Great Location and Pool/Hot Tub
This property is in a great location inside the Indian Palms Country Club (good access to front gate). It has a small community pool directly across the road from the front door which is a bonus. The pool/hot tub area is the star of the house. It is private and amazing. My kids spent 7-8 hours each day in the pool having a blast. The house has lots of space and two nicely separate bedrooms. Lots of room for 2 parents and 2 kids. The house is a little dated but everything in the house worked good. Chasen is an amazing host and was readily available. We contacted him a couple times with questions. He always answered right away and would work with us until the issue was resolved. Definitely recommend this property for a great family get away in the greater Palm Springs area.

Roomy house with all the amenities - and a POOL!
This is the prefect location for a family trip to Palm Springs, a Golf trip or, especially, to attend Coachella/Stagecoach. It's the only walking distance complex and it's just across the street from the festival gounds. Chasen is a great host and the house has all the amenities you'll need. And the pool is amazing!

Perfect winter getaway
This property was the perfect getaway for Pacific Northwest residents looking to relax by pool in the sun. The house is beautiful and very user friendly as a retreat from daily outings. Our host was very responsive and his pool person was so helpful in figuring our how to heat the spa/pool. We will return!!

Perfect sunny getaway for two
My husband and I stayed here for a week and worked remote to escape the PNW winter weather - Chasen's place fit the bill perfectly! Chasen was very easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. The backyard is the undersold portion of this home and we found ourselves outside the majority of the time. Wifi speeds were great for two people on video calls all day and the kitchen was well stocked if you're planning to cook. Joshua Tree is an easy day trip from the house and grocery deliveries were easy to schedule.
