Beautiful house with patio and close to the beach
It was an amazing stay. Everyone loved the location and the overall arrangement of the house. The patio was perfect for a late-night hangout. Everything was great until the cleaners came at 11 AM and started behaving roughly with us. We were outside when they arrived, and one lady told us, “We gave you one extra hour for free, you’re welcome,” in a manner that made us feel unappreciated as guests, despite paying a hefty amount for one night. Then, they reported a late check-out, charged us extra, even though we weren't late. The app showed our check-out time as 11 AM, but the host had requested we check out at 10 AM because the cleaners needed time to prepare the house. We did our best to hurry and vacate the entire house, even though we were 12 people and one of the four washrooms had a faulty flush and wasn’t usable. Andrew, the host, seemed understanding and communicated clearly. However, we are still unsure what else they will charge us for.

Best cottage for a family/friends getaway
We had an amazing stay at this cottage for the weekend. The place was very clean, spacious, and well-kept. Andrew, the host, was very quick to respond to any inquires, and he made this experience the best I’ve ever had. He even offered an extended check-out time due to the weather conditions affecting our stay. If you are looking for a nice getaway with family and friends, this is the perfect place for you. Very close to the beach and park, and only a 15 minute drive away from Friday Harbour. I heard only positive feedback from our guests. They were very impressed with all aspects of this cottage. I would definitely rebook this cottage in the future if/when I plan on staying in Innisfil again with a group of friends.

Amazing Time
We had a great time on vacation!! The property we rented was exactly as described, we came with 4 kids 8-13 and they spent most of the time on the beach which was 2 minutes away. Our host was excellent, the place was immaculate and the wifi was great. Overall 5*, We would go back.
