This newly built Danish holiday home is located directly on the salt lagoon. Here you will find everything you need for a successful holiday: tranquility, proximity to the sea, large grounds, Danish holiday flair. The living room, which is very bright due to large windows, with an open, super-equipped Häcker fitted kitchen and stylish furniture leaves nothing to be desired. A sofa bed for 1 additional person is available in the living room. The stove provides cozy warmth in the cold season. From the living room you can access the terrace, which is equipped with patio furniture. From there you can enjoy the unique view of nature! 2 beautiful bedrooms, one with double bed + flat screen TV, the second with 2 single beds await you. A bathroom with shower and sauna and another bathroom with whirlpool and shower complete the perfect equipment. High-quality flush-mounted radios from Busch & Jäger are installed in both bathrooms! The large property invites you to play, linger and grill. Use the hours of sunshine in your beach chair at the house on a small, elevated place. Throughout the house you can use a free WiFi network. Children's travel cot and high chair are available for our younger guests free of charge. A parking space is available at the house. Non smoking!

The bird protection island Poel is also ideal for cycling, bird watching, of course for swimming or simply to enjoy the peace and nature. Give it a try and you will definitely come back!

Ein Urlaub rundum stimmig - und sinnig mit Hund
Das Haus lädt zum Wohlfühlen und Loslassen vom Alltag ein. Ankommen - einen Kaffèe kochen und auf die Terrasse mit Hund :-) los gehts...Urlaub. Liebevoll eingerichtet, gut durchdacht. Die Küche lädt förmlich zum Kochen ein ' alles vorhanden sogar ne Knoblauchpresse. WLAN hat auch problemlos funktioniert, wss nicht immer selbstverständlich ist. Sehr netter Kontakt mit Vermieter. Die Agentur ebenfalls superschnelles Antworten und Bearbeitung des Anliegens Die Lage hat uns sehr zugesprochen da wir es *ruhig* haben wollten. FLIEGENGITTER AN TÜR UND FENSTER - SUPI KÖNNEN DIESES OBJEKT NUR EMPFEHLEN Danke

So ein Mittelding
Sonst wohnen wir immer in gemauerten, alleinstehenden Ferienhäusern, wenn möglich nah am Strand. Das war dieses Mal anders, alles etwas einfacher, die Wege etwas weiter, etwas mehr Nachbarschaft. Dennoch war das Haus gut, die Lage relativ ruhig, alles da was man brauchte, wenn auch die Betten recht unbequem. Kommunikation mit Vermieter und Büro war super, Brötchenservice auch.

Sehr ruhige Lage, top Ausstattung der Wohnung, etwa 2 km bis zum Strand, Fahrrädermitnahme ist empfohlen, ist aber kein Muss, da man relativ schnell mit dem Auto alles errechnen kann. Könnne nur empfehlen und werden bestimmt wieder kommen

Leider funktionierte weder der Whirlpool noch war die Badewanne nutzbar. Die Information war uns nur teilweise bekannt. Das Badezimmer weist die ein oder anderen Mängel auf. Ansonsten sehr sehr abgelegen. Wir waren fast ausschließlich unterwegs.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Häuschen
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt auf der Insel Poel. Das Häuschen war wie beschrieben. Mit 2 Bädern und 2 Schlafzimmern top ausgestattet. Es war alles tip top sauber und wie erwartet. Es liegt tatsächlich sehr außerhalb der Ortsteile, wo man Einkaufen / Essen gehen kann, aber das war uns vorher bewusst, sodass wir das Inseltaxi genutzt haben. :-) In der Agentur alle sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank!

Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön und sauber. Leider ist das Haus sehr abgelegen; da es kaum Geh-/Wanderwege gibt, muss man eigentlich alles mit dem Auto machen.

Schönes Haus auf schöner Insel
Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Allerdings hatten wir auch viel Glück mit dem Wetter. Das Haus ist komfortabel ausgestattet. Was uns gefehlt hat ist Staufläche für Gepäck und Schuhe. Ein Safe für Wertsachen wäre auch sinnvoll. Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen, d.h. man muss immer das Auto nehmen. Dafür ist es sehr ruhig. Wir würden es wieder mieten.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage
Wir hatten eine schöne Urlaubswoche, die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen, zwei Bäder, Sauna, Terrasse, Strandkorb im Garten. Vor allem in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Die Räume sind angemessen groß und wohnlich eingerichtet. Das Haus verfügt über einen Schuppen, in dem man leere Koffer, Kinderwagen oder Fahrräder abstellen kann. Das Grundstück drum herum ist großzügig, Platz genug, damit sich die Kinder etwas austoben können. Trotz mehrerer weiterer Ferienwohnungen in der Nachbarschaft bleibt die Privatsphäre erhalten und man hat seine Ruhe. Die Lage ist tatsächlich sehr ruhig, um zum Strand zu kommen, empfiehlt sich ein Auto oder noch besser ein Fahrrad, denn die Parkplätze nicht direkt am Strand. Einen Abzug geben wir für einige Gebrauchsspuren am Haus, die für den Preis unseres Erachtens behoben gehören (der Vorhang war nur teilweise an der Gardinenstange befestigt, die Duschtür hakt gelegentlich aus und Kalkflecken an Armaturen). Außerdem sollte man wissen, dass der Handyempfang dort eher schwach und das WLAN nicht 100% zuverlässig ist, falls man darauf im Urlaub angewiesen ist. Dennoch ein empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus!

Da ist noch Luft nach oben...
Das Haus ist schön. Die Größe des Hauses, die zwei Badezimmer, das Schlafzimmer (bequeme Betten), auch der Platz in den anderen Räumen war ausreichend. Die Ausstattung der Räume war gut, aber vereinzelnt in die Jahre gekommen (z.B. Rost an der Handtuchheizung in einem Bad, Mikrowelle war schmuddelig). Aber insgesamt empfehlenswert. Manko: wir waren an Tagen vor Ort, an denen es heiß war. Entsprechend heizte sich das Haus auf, auch durch das Dachfenster, das sich mittig im Haus befindet. Was wir uns gewünscht hätten, war ein schattiges Plätzchen im Außenbereich, der leider ungepflegt war. Die Bestuhlung und Liegen waren nicht sauber. Wer die Ruhe sucht, ist hier super aufgehoben. Das hat uns gefallen. Im Winter ist das Haus mit der Sauna und dem Kamin bestimmt ein Träumchen.

Eigentlich alles perfekt
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Wirklich komplett ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts (fast) nichts vermisst. Von der Sauna über den Whirlpool bis hin zur kompletten Küchenausstattung ist alles vorhanden. Leider nervte der Fernseher im Schlafzimmer (wenn man ihn denn braucht:) mit den extrem langen Reaktionszeiten und vor allem das das WLan nicht funktionierte war für mich nicht akzeptabel, da ich beruflich leider auch am Wochenende und an den Feiertagen darauf angewiesen bin. Das Mobilfunknetz war keine Alternative, da am Standort nur sehr reduziert vorhanden. Dafür kann aber weder der Eigentümer noch die Serviceagentur etwas (allerdings war das Problem seit mind. 2 Tagen bekannt) und ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass man von sich aus den Gast auf dem Laufenden gehalten hätte! Erst nach zwei Tagen und mehreren persönlichen und telefonischen Nachfragen wurden einem Alternativzugänge in der Nachbarschaft benannt, die einem dem eingeschränkten Zugang von der Grundstücksgrenze ermöglichten. Wie gesagt, ansonsten sehr gut und daher kein Punktabzug!

Schönes Objekt mit Optimierungspotential
Wer sich nach Ruhe und schöner Landschaft sehnt, ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Die Kundenansprache bei der Objektübernahme ist professionell und sehr freundlich. Die Außenanlage ist sehr groß und für Kinder ideal. Die Küche präsentiert sich mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung (Geschirr, Töpfe, etc.) und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Bäder, Schlafzimmer sind ebenfalls gut ausgestattet. Leider befinden sich die Stühle am Esszimmer-Tisch in einem nicht zu akzeptierenden Zustand: Das Kunstleder ist verschließen und hängt teilweise in Fetzen herunter. Die sehr geschmackvollen Fernstergardinen würden mit Sicherheit noch schöner wirken, wenn diese sorgsam befestigt wären und teilweise nicht herunter hängen würden. Beim Betreten des Objektes fiel auf, dass die letzte Reinigung nicht unbedingt sorgfältig durchgeführt wurde (die typischen Ecken, wie z.Bsp. Badewanne, Sofabereich, etc.). Derartige Mängel sind eigentlich bei einem guten Monitoring durch die Verwaltung schnell abzustellen. Fazit: Gerne wieder, aber bitte ganz ohne Mängel.

Leider lassen mit der Zeit die Einrichtungsgegenstände nach, diese sollten dann auch ausgetauscht werden. Die Grundreinigung dürfte gern etwas besser sein, Fingerspuren sollten nicht an den Küchenoberflächen sein, auch der Griff an der Terassentür könnte mal Wasser vertragen.
