This property was run down & not clean. Our shower had mold & mildew. The shower curtain was disgusting. We were afraid to use the shower. We would have checked out but were traveling with a baby & it was inconvenient to move again to another hotel. The property is way too pricey for the product

Easy check in. The room was comfortable but wished it had more electrical outlets & convenient light switches. Location was excellent as there were a lot of restaurant options & close to the Interlaken West train station. Nice overlooking the park where the paragliders land. Staff were great & helpful.

The hotel does not look like the old photos. This hotel seems to be owned by the Chinese restaurant or the Indian restaurant in front of it. The room was fine and fairly clean, the grout on the shower walls needs a going over with a toothbrush, but everything else was fine. The hotel decor and the street itā€™s located on do not give a Swiss feel. I was disappointed, I wanted to feel like I was in Switzerland. They have feather pillows and comforters with no allergen alternatives.

very old property. old dirty linens and shower curtains. shower area was hardly 2 ft x 2 ft . cannot move in the shower without touching either walls or the shower head. does not have air conditioner. gave old fans to ventilate.

Staff were attentive. Unfortunately the room itself smelled of piss and we did not find this out until late at night when we checked in and we didn't want to bother switching because we had a full day ahead of us the next day. Not sure why the bathroom was not cleaned completely.

Entry to property difficult to find. Room was clean but outdated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bathroom lighting less than average. Shower surround less than average. Beds were ok, but not great. Area around hotel seems nice, and close to the "strip"

Everything is within walking distance from this property. The directions for the washer and dryer need to be updated. We did one load of laundry and it took 5 hours to wash and dry.

Never again!
I will never use this hotel again. If I could have cancelled and gotten another hotel I would have. No one at the hotel responds to billing problems. Everything is hands off as far as the desk attendants at the hotel. Everything goes through a 3rd party and no one gives you a straight answer. I booked this through Hotels.com and they do not collect the money, so this created days of problems trying to pay and keep my reservation. The room and bathroom were small. This even though we were 2 people in a 3 person room. The room didn't seem to get cleaned even through we were there more than a week. We had to ask and follow up to get towels and they were hardly thick enough to wipe the water off. We were 2 friends sharing the room, but only had 1 key. This presented problems if one person wanted to go out. The system is one key that stays in the door to lock it. That same key must be taken out an put on a board at the front desk to remove a smaller key to use when going out. This key system just did not work when we were going out and coming back at different times. The location was convenient.
