Nestled amongst the trees across the road from the ever popular surf beach of Inverloch sits this 3 bedroom holiday home.
Featuring an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with a spacious treed backyard for games or enjoying a post beach day feed. The bathroom with a separate shower and bath has double door access perfect for washing the sand off your toes after a morning swim.

A 5 minute drive into the township of Inverloch which offers plenty of cafes, restaurants and local shops to wander and amble through. Whilst being positioned across the road from the beach you can forget the nightmare of having to find a carpark or lugging all of your gear a long distance.

At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time. Combined with all of these natural treasures is the charming ambience of a wonderful coastal village full of cafes, restaurants and boutique retailers.

Perfect Location for the Beach
We stayed here for a beach break and we weren't disappointed. It's just a short walk to the beach and the kids loved that they could ride the waves with their boogie boards. A few hundred metres farther there is a Surf Life Saving Club with a patrolled beach if that's more your speed. We had trouble dragging the kids home from the beach for meals, they were in the water continuously. Lots of other stuff to do in the area too. It's just a short drive to the inlet, which is perfect for a quiet paddle or splashing around with smaller kids (without the waves). The Inverlock ParkRun was also a highlight, very friendly way to spend a Saturday morning if you're a runner or walker. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped and the coffee machine was amazing. Luckily, two of our party have barista qualifications, so they got right into it and we enjoyed top quality coffee the whole time. Downsides: several lights were not working in the property making some rooms quite dark in the evenings and at night. The barbecues were not usable as they were chained together, face to face, so they could not be accessed. They were clean and had full gas bottles, but they were impossible to use. There are powerpoints only on one side of the bed in the third bedroom, so if you want to charge your phone and have it available while you sleep, you need to bring an extension cord. When we arrived, the place was musty smelling.Overall, a great location, and we'd stay again for sure.

Great house, a bit messy....
Great location, and characterful retro vibe to the house. Unfortunately there was a dead mouse in the bath, and quite a lot of rodent droppings in the bathroom and elsewhere, including the mantle-piece. Smelt a bit because of this. Oustide maintenance was needed, but we would certainly come back to the location.
