Park your car in the secure double garage and enter into the ground floor of this modern, two story, townhouse. On the lower level, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and the laundry with access to a private rear courtyard. Of the two bedrooms, one has a queen bed and the other has a tri-bunk. Both bedrooms come with built in robes and heaters. The bathroom comes with a shower and toilet while the laundry has both a washing machine and a dryer. Outside, the courtyard provides the perfect place to lounge with a book in one of the two sun beds.

Upstairs, you will walk into a light, open-plan kitchen/dining/lounge area that provides the perfect place for everyone to gather at the end of a day spent lazing on the beach. The kitchen comes with an electric oven and cooktop as well as a dishwasher, microwave and a Breville coffee machine. Next to the kitchen a dining area with seating for eight, while there is also additional seating for four at a breakfast bar. On the other side of the room, the lounge area comes with multiple couches as well as a flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo.

A further two bedrooms and bathroom can also be found on the upper floor, one with a queen and the other with a tri-bunk. Both come with built in robes and access to a balcony overlooking the courtyard. The queen bedroom also comes with semi-ensuite access to the upstairs bathroom that features a shower, bath and toilet. A second balcony can be accessed off of the lounge and comes with two outdoor lounges.

At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time. Combined with all of these natural treasures is the charming ambience of a wonderful coastal village full of cafes, restaurants and boutique retailers.

Family Reunion Inverloch
Great location, in need of a spring clean. Basic items missing from kitchen which were speedily provided by the managing agent. Bed lamp missing, no rubbish bin in down stairs bathroom. It would be beneficial to have locks on bathroom doors. Information in brochures at house should be updated. It said WIFI was available and gave a login which was not connected.

Sandpiper 3 - Great location but the place needs a little TLC and other improvements.
Location is great, when looking at the place online it looked new and inviting. During our stay we had lights not working in stairwell, sliding doors in ensuite not closing, no locks on bathroom doors, outside furniture un-usable , no security lights outside, kitchen pans un-usable & some of the blinds had no strings to operate them. The place needs a good clean and would be very welcoming to future tenants.
