Only one tiny lift was working for the entire hotel. I had to wait for 6 elevators going back and forth during my checkout. I only got out because I opted to go up and not wait for it to come back down as it always came down full. Also, the Chomecast in the room was not working (I work in IT, so I know when something is broken).

The one elevator was not working at checkin. Both elevators were not working during the stay. They should refund all customers who have mobility issues.

Beautiful hotel that was conveniently placed to the shopping and nightlife area. Walkable to the tour pickup/drop off. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was extremely comfortable and the view from the room was lovely. Would stay here again in future

Most attendants at reception were delightful except for the one that checked us in. The elevator in the building didn't operate properly. One of the guest room doors was difficult to close. Good breakfast and most property staff were eager to assist. Overall, a good stay. Recommend Encore restaurant as nearby dining option.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel which was walkable to many restaurants. The parking was a little bit tricky but we managed it. We would stay again at this hotel when weā€™re back in Inverness.

The staff at the Marriott was so friendly and welcoming, everyone we encountered. Nice hotel, however our room had an odd dormer type slant to one side of the room so you needed to be careful to not hit your head. Room was clean and bathroom nice. Bed was comfortable and bedding nice. Nice breakfast each morning with many options for all tastes. We ate dinner at their dining room one night and enjoyed our meal and great service.
