The property is also suited to contractors/corporates working in the surrounding area. The property comes with free on-street parking, a 1-min walk from the house.
With a fully integrated kitchen, stylish lounge, and separate dining room, you have everything you need for the perfect home away from home experience. The comfy lounge comes equipped with cosy seating (including a double sofa bed) and a large smart TV including Netflix and Amazon Prime. The fully equipped kitchen opens up onto a lovely private patio garden with outside tables and chairs. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms (which can be configured into 4 single beds or 2 king size beds) with a large modern family bathroom with shower over a bath.
