Property did not have 24/7 lobby and staff left voicemail that they were closing and left room code but no room number had to drive 3 hours to find another motel. Will not recommend. Asked for refund and none was received.

The virtual check-in was interesting. The assistant was cool. The check-in info we got varied though, not sure if the lobby closed at 9 or 10pm. So we really rushed to get there. The room was clean and comfortable, a bit on the rustic side. Bed was comfy. Shower worked and was hot. Unfortunately, as with most motels that have limited parking, our neighbors parked their big diesel truck right in front of the unit and let it idle for a half hour starting at 6 am. So we ended up getting up and leaving then too. Maybe trucks should be asked to park away from the buildings?

Check in was via a kiosk where we were provided a door code to enter our room. Upon entering the room, someone else's belongings were already in the room. Returned to kiosk and received a door code for another room. Once in the 2nd room, there was no way to lock the door, other than the main code lock, which could apparently accidentally be given out to anyone else checking in. Did not feel very safe staying here.

Old-fashioned motel in excellent condition. Even the GREEN plumbing fixtures were pretty! Well-laid-out room with lots of counter space to put things. Nothing fancy, but very practical.

Our stay was nice it was in town close to everything. We loved the sauna the most the door isnt marked but it's room 26 the turned the room into a sauna room you probably will have to start it and wait about 15-20 min to heat up,some plugs didnt work but as wewas checking to make sure we had everything i looked under the beds and the floor under them looked like they never been clean overall i would stay again just for the sauna

Relatively well maintained old property, that has installed lots of plugs for rechargeables, and has decent counter space. Good value close to Porcupine Mountains, though still an hour away. My biggest complaint is the lack of black out curtains. Definitely interrupting my sleep. Funky online check in system, staff super friendly. Lots of decent restaurants in the area.

The office closed early, but keyless pad entry made it easy to get in after hours.location is so perfect for an overnight stop. Everything about the room was great.

The maid or owner banged on our door at 7am then proceeded to enter the code after we yelled and said we were in there, then walked right into our room slamming the door closed when he saw we were still occupying the room, “trying” to sleep in bed.
