Great stay, great hotel
Great stay, so family friendly, amazing swimming pools, hot water! Big and comfortable beds, great pillows, only have to say the black out curtains weren't enough to dark the room and living room, which make me wake up at 6am... the breakfast was very good, not 5 stars but good. It was an excellent stay, in an hotel that I definitely recommend! must also talk about the excellency of the La Bodeguita restaurant, there we had a 5 stars gastronomy experience, perfect food!

La verdad que la estancia no ha estado mal. Lo que no nos ha gustado que teniendo un todo incluido tengas pagar un pago adicional por entrar en la piscina climatizada y mas cuando el tiempo no estaba para estar en las exteriores.

Fenomenal la experiencia, el trato estupendo, los animadores fantásticos, la comida muy buena y variada, la hay especial para niños, celíacos y para la gente que se cuida, me gustaron especialmente los batidos que preparan en el desayuno. Lo peor por decir algo es el parking del hotel muy caro y la limpieza de las habitaciones un aprobado raspado. La piscina fenomenal

Establecimiento normalito, con buenas zonas comunes pero con una habitación justa. Sólo lo utilizamos como "campamento base", para dormir/desayunar, para esa opción cumple sin más.

Vacaciones estupendas
Un hotel muy completo para unas vacaciones familiares. Gran variedad de actividades y todas muy bien preparadas. La comida muy variada y noches con gastronomía de países. Justo enfrente de la playa. Sólo trataría de mejorar que está muy orientado a extranjeros, más que a turismo español. Aunque los animadores españoles han sido espectaculares, en trato y muy profesionales, especialmente los monitores del mini club Sparkly.

Aparentemente:un hotel bonito, cuidado, buenos jardines, piscinas grandes, personal agradable, habitación aceptable. Lo malo es cuando te vas fijando en detalles que un 4 estrellas no se puede permitir. Nada más llegar llegar, aparca en la puerta un autobús lleno de familias como he definido en el título de mi comentario. Se llena la recepción y va pasando por la cola una chica que SÓLO HABLA EN INGLÉS explicando a nivel general aspectos del hotel (primer error que me hace activar alarmas). Nos entregan la habitación, la primera del pasillo y junto a unas escaleras que van a ser nuestra tortura el resto de los días. La habitación no está mal, nos tumbamos y otro error: colchón que no es cómodo y almohadas que ni dobladas hacían una normal (dolor de cuello terrible todos los días y no descansar como se debe). Las instalaciones no las hemos disfrutado. No hemos pisado la piscina en toda la semana, lleno de gente a rabiar, cuatro filas de tumbonas alrededor de ellas, familias desperdigadas por los jardines, ruido estresante, animación constante EN INGLÉS que no respeta ni las horas del medio día (la 1, las 2, las 3), monitores con micrófono, música muy alta, niños maleducados dando voces, no hablar alto, dar voces...Entiendo que es para familias y me gustan los niños, trabajo con ellos pero eso no se puede aguantar! No solo hay familias ni niños y también hay españoles, parejas, familias con adolescentes, etc. La comida siempre la misma, escasa y para la clientela mayoritaria

Lo mínimo que tendrían que hacer, como atención al cliente, es informar que la zona de aparcamiento del exterior es de pago. Nos llevamos una multa como recuerdo. Mal, muy mal.

Reservamos un estudio. Como aparthotel bien para nuestros propositos aunque es un poco escaso en cuanto a dotacion en la parte "apartamento". Tiene muchas actividades para mayores y pequeños. Piscinas agradables. El hotel es muy grande y supongo que si esta lleno puede ser un poco agobiante, pero en nuestras fechas (2a quincena septiembre) no habia tanta gente. Desayuno correcto, no probamos comida ni cena. Lo mejor es que esta al lado de la playa.

Bien con bastantes cosas que mejorar
Buena ubicación, habitación es espaciosa pero la terraza estaba llena de nidos de pajaros y llena de cagadas, la presión del agua de la ducha es muy floja y apenas puedes aclararte bien el pelo, el menaje de cocina escaso, el aparcamiento del hotel carísimo y es difícil aparcar en las inmediaciones además también es de pago. El desayuno bufet es bueno y variado aunque no tienen zumo natural, la vajilla sucia y te quitan los platos antes de terminar sin preguntar. Te ponen una pulsera que no te puedes quitar en los días que estés allí lo que me pareció una auténtica guarrada totalmente antihigiénico. La caja fuerte es de pago El wifi esta bastante bien y tienen tumbonas y sombrillas gratuitas en la playa para los clientes del hotel también tienen servicio de toallas gratis.

Hotel excelente para familias con niños pequeños
El trato es excelente, la atención muy buena en todos los lugares del hotel. Nos tuvimos que marchar porque falleció un familiar y nos devolvieron el dinero del día que nos quedó por disfrutar. El hotel debería estudiar un mejor sistema para que coger hamacas en las piscinas no sea una odisea. Por lo general un 10.
