Impresionante y bello este hotel, las habitaciones muy lindas con una limpieza impecable, desde nuestra llegada al espectacular lobby sentimos la calidad, Christian en recepción súper atento, el servicio insuperable,el Buffet parece un restaurante de 5* , el concepto logrado es maravilloso, su chef Alexis todo el tiempo pendiente de supervisar la comida y preocupado con los clientes, soy alergica a los mariscos y fui tratada por Alexis cómo una cliente VIP, pero pude observar que el era así con todos. Angelica la camarera del buffet, super amable,fue capaz de recordar nuestros nombres y lo que nos gustaba beber,increíble . Daniel,el camarero del Restaurant frances tambien un súper profesional, tratando de hacer sentir bien a los clientes. La comida excelente. Mi esposo y yo nos sentimos como en nuestra casa. Volveríamos una y mil veces. Felicidades

Property was amazing and all the restaurants were great! Our Junior suite room with swim out was totally worth it. The private beach was great! The entertainment staff was the best part, so engaging. We will be coming back!!!

Casandra our Concierge was AMAZING! She went out of her way to find us and make sure our stay was 5 ⭐️! All the dining options were delicious. Loved the pools, resort was walkable for my older mother. Wonderful in every way!

The food choices are amazing, they did not hold back on the quality of their food, including their buffet. Special shout out to the staff in the Bordeaux restaurant, their steak is so tender and juicy, first time eating the Foie gras and Escargot, such a delightful and satisfying moment and a lot of the staff are friendly and great.
