Very basic grounds. Cute building. TV was streaming only, but wouldn't stream the basic ROKU Live TV programs. The internet showed 91MB, which should have been sufficient. No complimentary breakfast and the "breakfast buffet" was very basic for $12.99. Not a horrible price for Island Park, but it was really only a $6.99 meal. The room was VERY small, it was well kept and the linens were nice. You would need to be friendly with your roommate, as the room is small. Overall, the price was right for the area and I'd definitely stay here again.

Cute lodge 20 mins to Yellowstone
The lodge was very cute and the room smelled so good. The shower wasn’t very clean and the curtain had pink mold on the bottom and makeup on it. One of the clean towels I grabbed had makeup on it. Bed was a little stiff for my liking. The window on the door let in so much light that it woke me up in the morning. Despite all this, I liked the location of the lodge, it was about 20 mins from the Yellowstone gate and there is a nice grocery/convenience store in the same parking lot. In town there were a ton of cute shops and restaurants and they were open LATE!! We went through at almost 10 pm and people were still walking around and shopping. A lot of towns close down at 5 or 6 but not west Yellowstone! Overall it was a great trip!

Good one night stay. Room smelled like strong disinfectant but after a few minutes not noticeable. Bed very comfy. Coffee is AM free in Lobby - they ran out and we got from the restaurant- very good. Two stories with no elevator - outside metal stairs so could be tricky. In general it seemed like no one was at the front desk but they left a phone number and she responded immediately including coming to our room to reset the TV. If you want a hot breakfast I think it was about $10.

This is an older facility and I expected old, run-down rooms. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the room had been updated. Everything in the bathroom was really new including the shower and counter top. The room was small but sufficient.

It What It Used to Be
We’ve stayed here before but don’t plan to stay again. We were on the first floor and the people above us were noisy just simply walking around. In one of our rooms the air conditioning did not work properly, making it very hot at night. In the other room, we found a live mouse and the hole it accessed the room with. When both items were brought to the attention of the front desk they merely thanked us for the information. Not quite the customer experiencing we were hoping for. There are plenty of ways for our family to stay in Island Park each summer. This will not be our choice next year.

Very well maintained property. Staff was great and would stay again. I did feel like the ceiling was a bit thin. We stayed on ground floor and people walking above made a lot of noise. However, it was all before sleeping time and did not interfere with the sleep itself.

The location was convenient for Yellowstone, but the stay wasn't great. The walls between rooms are quite thin (crying baby at 3AM) and the room was really small. There was confusion with our check-in, in fairness due to errors by the front desk and me. There is some sort of offroad rally area on the road beyond the lodge, so there was a lot of loud ATV traffic. Also note that there is no elevator -- request a ground floor room if needed. Otherwise it's an exterior staircase to the 2nd floor.
