There are two separate living spaces available for booking at this property – the main home (sleeps 11) and an upstairs apartment (sleeps 9) with a locked, sound-proof door separating the two spaces. The apartment has a separate entrance for added privacy. This main home features a ground-floor kitchen with large island seating, living room, a half-bathroom, and large laundry room. The upstairs has two full-bathrooms and three bedrooms, with beds for 9. A queen sofa sleeper can be found in the downstairs living room for two more beds, making a total of 11.

The main house has a large 2-car garage and hot tub included.
