This is the perfect place for your next family vacation. This classic Isle of Palms bungalow has everything you and your guests will need for creating wonderful memories. Located just a short walk (2 blocks) from the beach and with it's own private pool, this large fenced in yard, ample decking, charcoal grill and outdoor shower with both hot/cold water creates the perfect outdoor paradise. This bungalow also features several screened in porches and a large deck for even more enjoyment.

Upon entering this home off the screened porch, you will find an open living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and the master suite. The dining table provides seating for 8 with addition dining space on the porch. The living area offers a large HDTV and comfortable seating for all to relax and enjoy after a long day in the sun.

Downstairs are 3 additional bedrooms, 2 featuring queen beds and the other offering 2 twins. Here you will also find another living area, wet bar and pool table! This space is truly one of the highlights of the home. But not to worry, if you aren't a pool shark you can challenge one of your guests to a friendly game of ping pong on the downstairs screened in porch!

Girls just wanna have fun!
This was one of the best rentals iā€™ve ever stayed in. Perfect locationā€¦only 2 short blocks to beach & walking distance to restaurants. House was clean and all the beds & pillows were very comfy! We all had a great week & would definitely come back!!!

Highly recommend this rental. The location is perfect in a quiet area and short walk to the beach. The pool was awesome for when we needed a break from the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and 4 bedrooms gave space for everyone. 5 stars all around.

Perfect place to stay with friends
We had a wonderful weekend! We enjoyed the pool and lounge chairs in the backyard. The screened in porch was great so that we could be outside but not be eaten by the bugs. I felt the kitchen was very stocked with items like plates and glasses. Lastly, a quick walk tot the beach or the strip with restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!!

Boys Week
411 Carolina was a surprise vacation for my son and his two best friends all 10-year-old boys. Two other adults attended the trip with me and we all enjoyed ourselves immensely!! We made great use of the kitchen pool table grill and the pool good location close to the beach clean and the check-in checkout process was super easy. The pictures don't do the downstairs area justice.

"Best Vacation Rental Ever "
According to all 4 of my kids, this property was "the best vacation rental ever". Within walking distance of the beach. Several of our planned outings got canceled due to Hurricane Ian, however, there was plenty for the kids to do with games, pool, and ping pong table. Thoroughly enjoyed our mini family getaway despite the hurricane.

This was a great house, close to Front Beach. It was clean, comfortable, and met our needs. The only issue we had was a water back up in the downstairs bathtub and a sewage smell we used the Drano which was in the bathroom and the problem resolved. There were only two adults using this bathroom for the week. Iā€™m wondering if it might be an ongoing issue if more people were using this bathroom?

Great place in IOP
We stayed at this house as a group of 2 families with small children. It is spacious and we especially enjoyed all of the outdoor spaces - the porches and of course the pool. We cooked a few nights and the house is stocked with all of the necessities. Unlike the other reviewer, we found the beds to be extremely comfortable. Great location as well - very quiet street and quick walk to the beach.

Nice but don't look too close
The property is badly in need of some TLC maintenance. Living room is nice and kitchen. We were an hour late for check in and the house was still being cleaned. We didn't pay for early cleaning so I guess we weren't important enough to have the house cleaned for the 4 0'clock check in. Kitchen was dirty when we arrived. I had to clean kitchen and silverware drawers. The garbage drawer and can in the kitchen was really gross. Floors hadn't been swept in a long time. So much paint on doors and trim that you can't shut the bathroom doors or lock them. Master bedroom was nice. The downstairs couch was so yucky none of the family would sit on it. Roach came into the basement first night and died on floor. It was an inch long. Other dead bugs under bathroom sinks. Outside garbage cans were full and smelly. They are under the stairs which lead up to the front entrance. Smell them every time you walk in. The house had some nice features but needed a good scrubbing on all hard surface floors. I really don't like sounding negative but all this is so true. I don't know who the owners are but they need to get a new rental company.

A great time in IOP
The property was great. It's located a short walk from a wonderfully non-crowded beach, is within (long) walking distance of the IOP shops and restaurants, and a very short drive to the same over on Sullivan's Island. It's close enough to the beach that we found ourselves hitting the beach in the morning after coffee on the front deck, then hanging by the pool at the house in the afternoon, and then walking the beach again in the evening. The indoor pool table is a great touch to get out of the heat without getting sucked into TV watching. Be sure to eat at Acme in IOP and Mex 1 on Sullivan's!

Excellent house, just had one issue
The house was amazing and at an excellent location. A quick walk to the beach, near Isle of Palms and Sullivan's Island, both have great places to eat. Whenever I had questions about the property the owner was quick to respond and helpful. The check in was super simple. The only issue we had was the instructions on the fridge mentioned pool cleaning but it didn't specify when someone would come clean. It just says if weather permits. I asked about this and the owner said they come on Tuesdays and Saturdays typically, so if anyone wants to swim on those days just be prepared to get interrupted. The cleaner was nice and fast so he wasn't there for long but it was an annoying inconvenience. Overall excellent stay, would definitely rent from them again.

Very clean & cute place to stay. Very short walk to the beach. The house had everything you will need. Not super modern but very clean. I was happy with the home, itā€™s location and everything it offered. The beds were comfy as well. Couple of things that would have enhanced our stay: 1. If the pool was heated. It was frigid. Only the kids were brave enough to swim. 2. Hot tub 3. Propane BBQ 4. Bikes & beach chairs to use

Spring Break Vacation with Family
We had a great visit to Isle of Palms. Itā€™s a place weā€™ve visited as a family several times before, but never to this part of the island. It was a great location, a little quieter and within walking distance to downtown and a short drive to Sullivanā€™s and Charleston. And we loved being a block from the beach. Would definitely come back again!

Great Getaway and Relaxing
Was a little concerned because of house being built behind this property. We rarely saw builders though and it did not affect anything. Enjoyed the pool, pool table and ping pong. We did have some rain so it was good to be able to do things still at house while it rained. I was reluctant to travel during this pandemic but this house is all-inclusive if anyone has concerns. Itā€™s also very close to the beach. Inside is updated with fully equipped kitchen. Teenagers basically had apartment style living on first floor while my husband and I were upstairs. It was great to get away. The area is absolutely gorgeous too.
