Sunset Point - Stunning Luxury

This oceanfront, custom built 6 bedroom/8.5 bathroom home boasts 7,000 square feet of pure elegance. Each room was professionally designed and no expense was spared. The attention to detail includes stone flooring throughout the first floor that was repurposed from a 100 year old roof in France. Beautifully maintained grounds provide a pristine view from every room.
The first floor includes the entertainerā€™s kitchen, casual dining area, formal dining room, comfortable great room, and an oceanfront king bedroom with a luxurious ensuite that includes an oceanfront soaking tub. Thereā€™s also a den, a full bath and a half bath.
On the second floor, you will find a king bedroom with ensuite, two queen bedrooms with ensuites, two twin bedrooms with ensuites, a TV room and another full bath.
The pool area is like a resort, with multilevel decks that provide plenty of comfortable places to enjoy the ocean view and sound of the surf. Your visit is not complete until you take in the best sunset on the island while soaking in the hot tub at Sunset Point!

Please note this property is located between a swimmable beach and a non-swimmable inlet area. The inlet area can be very deep and has a dangerously strong current. It is strongly advised not to swim in this area. Guests should use caution as they approach the zone from swimmable to non swimmable. To be safe, we suggest walking northeast several houses down to enjoy swimming in the ocean.

Stunning Property! Both location and property itself!
We rent homes monthly all over the US for our family sailboat racing program. This was one of the top three weā€™ve ever rented. I donā€™t have a single complaint. Even though the beach access has been eroded by Mother Nature, it didnā€™t detract from the property or our experience. We hire a chef who travels with us and he also exclaimed it was the best private kitchen he has cooked in. The space is lovely, well furnished with no amenities missing, inside or out. I would stay here again most certainly!

Recommend Sat to Saturday. Arriving and leaving on Sunday hinders response to needs. The air conditioner was out for upstairs( 4 bedrooms). No help until Monday at noon. Sunday, you wanted to know if we were leaving early. No one comes in till noon. No one to report that the Freon was a problem again. The house itself is wonderful. Pool was always clean. Great porch. We lived out there in evenings
