Grande villaggio per famiglie
Villaggio molto grande, nel complesso pulito. Ci ha stupito la mancanza di coprimaterassi nelle camere che non danno una grande sensazione di igiene, e il cambio tovaglie a tavola ogni 5/6 giorni. La ristorazione buona ma il servizio non sempre garantito per mancanza di personale al banco ( no self service) che non riusciva sempre ad approvvigionare le teglie vuote. Essendo in coda non essendoci ogni portata dichiarata si era costretti a rinunciare o a rifare una coda successiva all arrivo del cibo desiderato, che non era per nulla veloce Personale educato e gentile Non abbiamo usufruito ne della navetta x la spiaggia ne dell animazione, per cui non possiamo giudicare Impossibile fare il check out dalle 7 alle 8,10, benché la sera precedente ci fosse stato assicurato il contrario.

E' una struttura molto funzionante, il cui personale è sempre molto disponibile. L'animazione è composta di tanti bravi ragazzi che si impegnano molto offrendo comunque un buon servizio agli ospiti. Rimane sempre quel piccolo neo della spiaggia, scarsamente attrezzata di piccole accortezze come un bagno (e non il bagno chimico da cantiere presente) degno, un bar (anche piccolino ma funzionante). Detto ciò dico che pur essendo il mio 2° anno che vado non escludo di ritornarci perchè comunque ritengo che il prezzo/qualità offerto è molto buono

Abbiamo soggiornato la prima settimana di settembre.. relax .. cibo buono e mare pulito .. anche se per apprezzare spiagge ancora più belle bisogna spostarsi con le auto.. Wi-Fi da migliorare all’ interno dell’ hotel .. pulizia più che buona (un piccolo consiglio.. affilare i coltelli 😂...) nel complesso è stata una bella esperienza...

Personale disponibile e molto cortese, pulizia in albergo ottima. Manca forse più attenzione nel tenere sotto controllo la maleducazione dei clienti soprattutto in spiaggia che era molto sporca(bottiglie e bicchieri di plastica abbandonati e quantità infinite di mozziconi di sigaretta)non è mai stata pulita.

Un pò di delusione...
Cominciamo dall'arrivo: hanno voluto il pagamento anticipato ed inoltre ho dovuto pagare 48 euro in più per la tessera club. Lenzuola visibilmente vecchie in quanto presenti piccoli buchi. Mi sono capitati degli asciugamani puliti male, anche se, dopo che l'ho fatto presente, mi sono stati immediatamente cambiati. Nella camera c'era un televisore vecchissimo, con soli 5 canali memorizzati. Gli orari del ristorante erano un pò ristretti: ad esempio la colazione veniva servita fino alle 9:15. Poca scelta del cibo ed inoltre se non ci si avviava subito, le pietanze più prelibate finivano presto. I cornetti della colazione e il dolce della cena venivano già posizionati nel proprio tavolo, ovviamente un pezzo ciascuno. Sia a bordo piscina che nella spiaggia vi erano le sedie a sdraio e non lettini. In spiaggia non vi era una doccia dove potersi sciacquare prima di tornare in hotel. Il wi-fi della struttura nelle camere non prendeva. In compenso vi sono tre piscine di cui una per bambini, il servizio navetta per la spiaggia funziona correttamente ed il servizio, sia nella sala ristorante, sia delle camere che della hall erano costanti e soddisfacenti. Sinceramente non ci tornerò.

Salve comincio con le piscine di cui il villaggio ne presenta tre. Tutte ottime di cui una per bambini dove i miei figli si sono divertiti tantissimo.le altre 2 sono una con idromassaggio +una per adulti.capitolo mare deludente non solo perché bisognava aspettare un autobus per andarci ma pure i servizi scadenti senza possibilità di farsi una doccia sul luogo.spiaggia strettissima e spazzatura del giorno prima non tolta.abbiamo abbandonato il mare subito dopo esserci andati la prima volta specialmente se avete bambini vi assicuro che sarà stressante aspettare l'autobus.Il personale tutto gentile dalla signora che pulisce la stanza alla reception passando dai camerieri ai tavoli tutti gentilissimi.ultimo punto il cibo grande delusione di questa vacanza.non ho visto mai un villaggio che mi mette ha disposizione una nutella e un cornetto a persona. Gia nel tavolo senza ppssibilita di averne un altra.praticamente ti dicono a Questa e la tua porzione giornaliera non puoi averne un altra.altro esempio finalmente una sera hanno fatto patatine fritte per i bambini quindi aspettavamo che li mettessero a buffet ma dopo un po vediamo che ne portano un piccolo piatto a tavolo.ragazzi che delusione per un hotel a 4 stelle.

Iniziamo con il fatto che appena arrivati alla reception non ci accompagnano nemmeno in camera per farci vedere dove si trovava, ci abbiamo messo piu di 30 minuti per trovare la stanza, in più per portare i bagagli in camera dovevo utilizzare un carrellino dal parcheggio auto fino alla camera ed è stato un massacro. Continuo con il dire che la spiaggia non era per niente attrezzata solo perché ci sono sdraio, e ripeto Sdraio, e ombrelloni non vuol dire che la spiaggia sia attrezzata, senza bagni è senza nemmeno un bar. RIMODERNATEVI!!!!!! ESISTONO ANCHE I LETTINI È NON QUELLE SDRAIO COSI SCOMODE... per non parlare della piscina, il primo giorno trovato un pannolino sporco, ed un altro giorno escrementi di un qualcuno... ASSURDO!!!!! veramente l'unica cosa positiva sono stati i camerieri, professionali è bravissimi, poverini che si facevano più di 12 ore di lavoro, complimenti A loro.... Del resto non dico nulla, a voi la scelta ma se qualcuno vuole un mio consiglio, gli dico di trovare altro sarebbe meglio...

gradevole soggiornarci
è stata una esperienza gradevole con moglie e 2 figli camera pulita, ristorante c'è sempre l'imbarazzo della scelta, ben organizzato tra animazione e giochi di gruppo per la spiaggia c'è un servizio navetta abbastanza preciso ogni 15' ho allungato la mia permanenza in sede di 2 gg e ci ritornerei tranquillamente.

ottima posizione
il nostro soggiorno è stato molto buono, se rimane comè l'anno prossimo ci ritorno con piacere, Un commento lo devo fare al comune di isola Capo rizzuto,le indicazioni stradali (interne) sono insufficienti,o inesistete,ho avuto dei problemi. Arrivederci all'anno prossimo.
