Local bonito, mas não recomendo
Apesar do local ser muito bonito e a localização privilegiada, não voltaremos. Não aprentava ser sujo, mas as instalações carecem de maior cuidado e mais constante manutenção. O quarto em que ficamos não tinha blackout (então 6 da manhã já estava totalmente claro), não tinha isolamento acústico (então ouvíamos com muita nitidez os hóspedes do quarto ao lado) e nem ar condicionado quente (faz frio à noite e tornaria mais confortável). O banheiro desse quarto é minúsculo, a ponto de ser difícil entrar e sair. O café da manhã foi lastimável e não apenas por ser bem simples. Chegamos 1 hora antes de encerrar, mas já faltavam várias coisas e não estavam sendo repostas apropriadamente. As mesas não estavam sendo limpas, então tivemos que nós mesmos ajeitar uma mesa para usarmos.

O atendimento foi super cortes, no entanto, encontramos boas diferenças entre fotos e local propriamente dito. Meu filho adora sinuca e quando chegamos a mesa estava em local ruim de utilizar os tacos devido as paredes, nas fotos, era um local aberto. A hidro estava vazia e não dava pra utilizar. O café é bem modesto, mas beeeemmm modesto mesmo. Não lembro a vez que me hospedei em um local que não havia se quer ovos mexidos no café da manhã. O pão francês foi oferecido como cortesia no primeiro dia (cortesia?) Apesar de ter gostado do atendimento, por ser um pouco mais distante do principal chamariz da região (Beto Carrero), deveriam oferecer algo diferenciado para os clientes quererem voltar. A cama é muito boa e super confortável, foi a melhor surpresa pra mim.

A praia é bonita, o café da manhã é gostoso, mas O estado de conservação da pousada está péssimo. Os colchões estão manchados e deformados. Havia um ninho de formigas no banheiro que saiam toda vez que tomávamos banho. A cozinha tem um buraco de 25 cm na parede que era um exaustor e só serve de entrada para mosquitos, aranhas e outros animais. Fomos acordados às 2:00 da manhã para perguntar sobre um carro no estacionamento.

Foi um tanto decepcionante, pois as condições da pousada estavam abaixo das minhas espectativas pelo preço praticado. O café da manhã é OK, não tinha nada demais, o chuveiro do quarto poderia ser melhor, a porta do quarto era muito difícil de abrir, pois a chave não virava direito, e tínha um "macete"para conseguir girar. Precisei de um saca-rolhas mas o hotel não tinha e tive que me virar,...A TV estava uma mancha na tela o que dificultava ver as imagens, os canais pegavam muito mal, e a internet não pegava em certas áreas do quarto,...o atendimento do recepcionista no momento do meu check-in e durante a noite, foi indiferente às minhas necessidades tentaram me cobrar TAXA DE SERVIÇO dizendo ser opçional, a qual eu não paguei,sendo que todas as taxas foram pagas no ato da reserva no site do hoteis.com..e isso tudo foi fora de temporada, imagina no auge do verão.

Decepção: local lindo porém sem cuidado adequado
O Hotel é muito bonito, tem uma área externa bonita e os quartos são bem decorados, conforme as fotos. Porém, a manutenção deixou muito a desejar. A “saida” para a praia é um monte de pedra entulhada e deveria ser reformada. Quarto: Os quartos não possuem uma limpeza séria, encontrei pequenas aranhas andando no quarto (eu fiquei em 2 diferentes). além de uma ou outra teia de aranha. O Blackout da cortina estava torto e muito fino, então tive que cobrir a janela com a colcha da cama pois 6 da manhã a gente acordava com o sol. As paredes eram muito finas, e o teto também (devia ser apenas gesso e madeira) então nós ouvíamos as camareiras conversando e rindo as 07:00 ou então as crianças do quarto de cima correndo. O “serviço de quarto” está defasado, funcionava até as 15:00 apenas, e ainda quebrou a fritadeira e não pudemos pedir comida no hotel (já era apenas umas 5 opções de porcao) Wi-Fi: Assim que chegamos, o Wi-Fi não funcionava no nosso quarto e funcionava mal na pousada inteira. Diz que o problema foi um temporal, mas 3 dias inteiros e não resolverem é muito triste. TV: O hotel não possui tv a cabo. Na tv pegavam apenas os canais básicos, globo, record, band, Sportv, e outros dois. Sendo que alguns ainda estavam com uma qualidade horrível ou chiado. Atendimento: Os funcionários não eram educados Nos deram um “upgrade” após a primeira noite, após eu reclamar muito de não ter Wi-Fi, da Tv a cabo sem canal, e do chuveiro que queimou.
