Great hotel in Teton Village
Really great winter escape - the hotel has a winter lodge / wood cabin theme that is really cute and cozy. Very short walk to Bridger Center and the rest of the establishments in the village. Lobby and bar area is comfortable, the guest rooms are a pretty good size. The complimentary ski valet is a life saver to keep wet gear out of the room! There is both an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub, the outdoor hot tub is very nice and cozy (in a cave to block it from the rest of Teton Village). The staff are awesome - we actually got locked out of our room at 10pm on New Year’s Eve and they had multiple people helping us and checking in on us to get us back in. It was expensive over New Year’s Eve but it’s one of the best prices in Teton Village and we thought it was well worth it

What I like; Being able to ski back in. That the staff is courteous and helpful. That the skis and ski boots are stored properly. That the pool is connected from indoor to outdoor. The glass cups in the room. What I didn't like; Old facilities Noisy motor noise from next door to our room A bit uphill to the slopes Glass cups were not changed every day. I had a great time here the lodge downstairs is awesome and they even have a place to store your ski’s or snowboard’s for free overnight! Also the heated pool and hot tub were awesome after a long day of snowboarding! The ski lifts are also within a 1 or 2 minute walk which you can’t beat.

Our room had a bed rail that stuck out and was hidden by the covers. I walked into it and had a horrible bruise and swollen ankle. On our last day, housekeeping knocked on our door and asked how much longer we would be. We felt rushed and had to be out as soon as possible. Many times we didn’t have a replacement of coffee and wash rags for the following day. For the cost of our stay, we believe breakfast should have been included, not $40-$50. A lot of people that work there did not speak English; therefore it was difficult to communicate our concerns. We will not stay here again.

Bad timing
I would image it would be a great place to stay if they were not closing for the season. The restaurant ran out of just about everything. The two dinner plates that we ordered were no longer available, after they went back in the kitchen, they ran out of white wine and gave my wife a quarter. No ice cream for the hot fudge Sunday. They charged us the whole amount and a 20% service fee. I did have a word with the manager.
