Not really pet friendly.
They say they are “pet friendly”, but I don’t consider an extra $50 per night very friendly. That’s extortion. The room was an average motel room, not really what I would call a resort. But resort fees nonetheless. I get it, it’s Jackson, but still not impressed.

Bad shower design otherwise great.
Everything has been newly remodeled and it was great. Updated, pleasing to the eye. The beds were not very comfortable the sheets were scratchy and the shower was ridiculous. It only has a half door, with a giant rain shower head. It gets water all over the bathroom floor. (Not everyone always wants their hair wet in the shower) it was absolutely freezing in the shower because of the half glass door. The safe and clothing storage was also in the bathroom which made no sense.

Great local place to stay with daily breakfast across the parking lot, & less than 20 min walk to the downtown square. We loved being able to use the hot tubs at night after hiking in the Tetons and having s’mores around the campfires.

We had to change our original room due to the noise, this was a mixture of just being by the door and some inconsiderate guests. Thankfully the staff were brilliant and moved us to a suite, which we were very grateful for. It does have a little social hub in the middle with bar/restaurant so it will be noisy. But we liked the vibe and sitting by the fires melting complementary smores was lovely. We discovered you can get a shuttle bus into Jackson for free too, which we utilised each time we ate out. You have to walk about 5 minutes away from the hotel, but it was very convenient.

We got stranded due to a delayed flight and the Virginian was just what we needed. Heated pool, hot tub, open mic night, gave us a late check out… they were great! The room was clean and comfortable. Conveniently located right off the main road, easy access to town and close enough to the airport.

Had a delightful stay. We all wished we had been staying more than one night. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bar and restaurant were really good. The best sweet potato fries we’ve ever had. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and informative. Loved that they offered s’mores in the evening and hot chocolate, coffee and tea all day in the lobby. Definitely would stay here again.

Awesome place to stay! They have so much to offer. Great burger restaurant, great bar, great breakfast restaurant, fun courtyard, games, pool. And a perfect location in Jackson. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Room was well stocked with towels, soaps and lotions ( which had this wonderful scent called “mountain air). Room was clean and the shower was amazing. Highly recommend this place!
