I booked the room for my son’s tenth birthday because they had a indoor pool, I arrived at the room the lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly, however the pool was closed, I couldn’t cancel my payment, switch dates or get another room, the room we had was very hot and stuffy and smelled like urine and wet dog, mold was growing in the corner, the roof was leaking, I decided to just get my family and head back home total waste of money, if you stay here don’t stay in room 310

Needs a Bit of Attention
We were en route to the Dallas area & it was a quick overnight stay. Check in was seamless. The location was great. In the room, the pillows & bed were super comfy. The ac was a perfect temp. Towels were large & lovely. But, the overall sense of the hotel was a bit shabby. For example, the hook on bathroom door had fallen off & not been replaced, only one wastebasket, mirror in the bathroom was falling off. All very minor items but together created a feeling of disrepair & unconcern. What really amplified this sense of tiredness was that we were just returning home from spending a week in a Comfort Inn in middle Georgia which was a carbon copy of this hotel but it was pristine. All the employees there were “on it.” Cleaning, washing windows, very attentive & concerned.

It was clean but our room needs upgrading. Door wouldn't open properly with the card, lamp going off and on, one drawer missing the handle, another handle dangling on one side, picture frame coming apart, etc.
