We arrived at 11:50pm after driving from Central Arkansas with 2 small autistic kiddos. We didn't get settled and in bed until well after 1am. Everything was great until 9:36am when maintenance started beating on our door leaving me with a crying 5 years old. The beating on the door woke my daughter up and sent her anxiety spiraling.

The hotel room was somewhat of a let down compared to other Hampton Inn hotels that we have stayed.

The only concern I have is that I wasn’t able to get a printed receipts. Because no one was at the desk at the time that I left.

I didn’t stay and couldn’t get a refund even though I purchased insurance

It was way too expensive for the area no attractions nothing around not even any place to eat
